Refund request

Hi, I recently noticed that I was charged for an annual subscription, but I believe this was done by mistake. The interface had a one-click subscription bar, and I accidentally clicked it without realizing it would trigger a full-year charge. Since I do not intend to use the service for the year and subscribed unintentionally, I’d really appreciate it if you could issue a refund for this accidental purchase.

Request for refund

Dear Lucid Customer Support Team, I hope this email finds you well. I recently signed up for a free trial of Lucid’s premium features, but I was not notified via email before the trial period ended. As a result, I forgot to cancel the subscription, and the system automatically charged me for a one-year renewal on 25 March (amount: $207). Since I did not actively need or use the paid features, I only noticed the charge two weeks later.9 April. Given that I did not receive a reminder before the trial expired and have not used the paid services, I kindly ask for a full refund of $207 to my original payment method. I truly appreciate Lucid’s services, but this renewal was unintentional. I would greatly appreciate your understanding and assistance in resolving this matter. Refund Subscription

Dear LucidCharts I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request a refund for my recent LucidCharts subscription, which was charged to my account on April 9th, 2025. While I appreciate the service, I signed up for the monthy subscription for my 7 day trial. Instead, I’m being charged for the yearly subscription which I didnt sign up for. Why Am I Being Asked To Upgrade For Something I Already Had?

I have been a paying member of Lucid for years. Great Product. Reasonable Price. I have a handful of mindmaps that I have not used in a long time. And now I am being asked to upgrade to use them? Not sure what is going on. I see LucidSpark which I tried years ago and I was not impressed. What is happening? Thanks!! Paul

💲VAT, ABN, GST and other invoice tax questions 

If you are a business with a registered VAT, ABN, or GST number, you may add that valid number to your account to exclude the tax from your future invoices. If a VAT or GST number is not provided at the time of an invoice’s issuance, VAT or GST will be applied and will continue to be charged on future invoices until a valid number is submitted. Note: This option is not available in all countries. Please refer to Lucid’s Taxation Help Center article for your specific country for additional details. To modify your billing information to add your company name to future invoices, follow these steps: Navigate to the Plans & Billing page. Click the three-dot menu next to “Billing history”. If you are the current Account Owner or Billing Admin , follow these steps to opt in to receive emails containing your invoice following a subscription renewal: Navigate to the Plans & Billing page. Click the three-dot menu next to “ Billing history ”. Select Edit invoice details . Under Notification Settings, under “ Send email receipt to… ” check the box next to “ Account admin ”. 🧾 Open and unpaid Enterprise invoices

Are you looking for a copy of your open or unpaid Lucid Software invoice? First of all, please note that Lucid can only accept automatic payments via most major credit cards or PayPal for individual and small team accounts. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. That said, if your large team or enterprise account has been specifically approved for invoice billing and you are looking for a copy of your open or unpaid invoice, they will be sent via email to the Account Owner, Billing Admin, and any other specifically requested email address set up to receive billing emails for your account prior to your renewal. If you cannot locate the open invoice in your email, or if you need to request additional email address(es) to receive these emails, please contact our Accounts Receivable team at AR@lucid.co or submit a support ticket here and we will be happy to assist you. ⬇️ Downloading my paid Lucid Software invoice PDFs 

How do I download my Lucid Software invoices? Customers can always download their paid invoices from the Plans & Billing section of their Account Settings. Our Help Center article outlining how to do this can be found here . Only Account Owners and users with the Billing Admin role will be able to access the Plans & Billing section of the Account Settings to download invoices. If you do not have access to the Plans & Billing section of the Account Settings (if it’s missing from the menu on the left) it probably means your email address has not been granted the required permissions to access invoices for that account. You will need to contact the Account Owner if you would like to request additional permissions. To download a PDF of a paid invoice, follow these steps: From the Account Settings, access the Plans & Billing page (on the left). Look for “Billing information” (to the right). What happens to my personal Lucid account when I join my company's account?

I received a request to join a group to review document, after I joined the group my prorated account balance was transferred to the user account that sent the request. The user also became the admin to my account and my account changed to unpaid account. How can this issues be resolve.
