Paid account, but am still limited to 3 documents

I have a paid account, but I still only can have 3 documents within Lucid Spark.  Why is that?  Shouldn’t I have unlimited documents?

Hi @jamie b, thanks for posting your question in the community!

This could be because you have a Lucidchart subscription, but not a Lucidspark subscription. Please check your account settings on the “Overview” tab in the “Plans and billing” area. This will display your current subscriptions for each product.
