How can I see the last login date for users or alternatively run a report of users who've not logged in within 90 days? Thank you

As of version 1.15.0 for Lucidchart for SharePoint, Lucidspark for SharePoint, and Lucidscale for SharePoint, SharePoint administrators may need to perform a clean install, which requires deleting any existing app registrations from previously installed versions. In the steps below, we will be using Lucidchart for SharePoint as our example, but the same steps apply to Lucidspark for SharePoint and Lucidscale for SharePoint.Note that you must be an administrator for Azure Active Directory and your SharePoint tenant in order to complete these steps.Go to this URL: https://{tenant-name}.sharepoint.com/sites/appcatalog/_layouts/15/tenantAppCatalog.aspx/manageApps  Replace {tenant-name} with your tenant name, eg., https://contoso.sharepoint.com/sites/appcatalog/_layouts/15/tenantAppCatalog.aspx/manageApps Uninstall Lucidchart for SharePoint by clicking Delete in the option bar that appears when you select the app.   Go to your tenant’s app registration portal by opening this URL Click on

Hello how do you find out which users are using Lucid and the last time they logged in?   ty

Limited-access user rollouts are a great way to ensure easy access to the Lucid Suite for everyone at your organization while also helping reduce administrative work. What is a Limited Access rollout?A Limited-Access user is a free Lucid user that can have View and Comment access to documents. Since there is no additional cost for this user type, many organizations find it beneficial to grant this role to all members. Typically, this is done by automating the provisioning of these users utilizing SCIM from your IdP. What are the key benefits:No additional cost to add Limited-Access users to your Enterprise account Ease of user management; particularly if a dynamic “birthright” group is utilized Improved user experience as they go to access Lucid for the first time - if they already have a profile created for them, they don’t have to go through steps to gain initial access Better collaboration for existing active users - they can share documents with anyone at the organization more easi

I am very new to Lucid & am trying to finish up an urgent project, but keep running into roadblocks. I was supposed to have a WebEx meeting with Carson from Lucid last Monday, but he was a no-show.I have followed all of the instructions, but they are not helping.

My wife has created and shared a LucidSpark document with me. I have it in my shared documents. I can see it but I cannot edit it. She is the admin. I requested access. She has granted it and I still cannot edit the document. I still have the option to request license. Please help.

Lucid offers user provisioning/de-provisioning and group management of users and groups on an enterprise account via our SCIM REST API.The purpose of this post is to provide instructions on how to configure Sailpoint SCIM to work with Lucid. This is not an officially supported IdP, so you may notice that the instructions may become outdated over time. Before proceeding with the steps in this guide, please refer to the Lucid SCIM API instructions to enable SCIM for your account.Enable SCIM in the Lucid:Navigate to the Admin Panel. Click App Integration > SCIM > Settings. Generate a bearer token. You will come back and copy this token later. If you are unable to generate a bearer token, please see the instructions on your screen for details. Create organizational groups in the Lucid:Navigate to the Admin Panel. Navigate to Groups > Organizational Groups. Click + New organizational group and create the following groups: Lucid Licensed Users Lucid Delicensed Users Navigate to Lic

The AWS supported resources list shows elbv2 target groups and load balancers as supported resources, but I am unable to get target groups to show as a resource in a lucid scale diagram. The ALB and EC2 instances show up, but not target groups or lines between instances and ALB such as is present for a classic ELB. I have verified target group, ALB, and Instances all contain the correct tag used for the original filter and the count of Target Groups in the Data Source indicates it is importing the target groups from AWS. Is there a document that shows what I am missing?

Hi all, I've inserted a Lucid chart document in my Confluence page.Next you can use the edit option to specify which Lucid document page you want displayed exactly. That works great. However: in the displayed Lucid chart in Confluence I see a tab with the Lucid document's next page from the one I actually set in the Advanced viewer options: But after the saving this, and next you hoover your mouse over the chart, it looks like:So I've set page 13 to be displayed and that happens, but the page tab (also?) displayed is page 14.Next if you click that page, that page is displayed, and there's no going back to page 13.So am I doing something wrong, or is it something in Confluence not ok? Or did I bump in to a bug here? Many thanks for your help.

We’re in the process of ending our Lucidchart service and would like to retain individual users’ charts before deactivating accounts. Is there a way to bulk export or transfer files from multiple users, or does this need to be done one by one per user?Just looking for the most efficient option before we begin deactivation. Thanks in advance

Hello,I was looking for an API to revoke a user’s session (Enterprise license). Looking at the API documentation, an API doesn’t seem to exist (REST / SCIM), but wanted to check if there was anything not currently documented or if I missed something. The functionality is available from the admin UI “Log out user”. Thank you!

This did not work for me.  When I hold the shift it does not rotate.  I am unable to have the call out poing down.  It only points up.  Please advise

It appears to be random when we receive the error message below.  The document in question comes from a team folder in Lucid; other documents from this same folder have no issues when trying to embed the diagram in Confluence Cloud.

Hi All so a user wants access to a lucid chart document of which they have given us an address for which is rather long. We have no idea who the owner is, how does one search for who the owner of the document is with the document address in the admin portal? i.e the adress is like the below:- thanks

Does anyone know of a way to create a filter that shows all resources without any tags?

When i drag and drop SVG to Lucid it’s OKAY, but sometimes when i import it to library directly from shape menu the result is not the same.  How it possible and how to fix it ?

Using this help doc:https://help.lucid.co/hc/en-us/articles/360049425812-Create-and-organize-corporate-templatesI’ve created a corporate template as well as category called “Change Management”.However I can’t find where to assign the template to the category, nor can I select the category when I click the “Category” drop down (see screenshot)

Hey Lucid Community! Are you looking to streamline user onboarding and ensure your team members gain access to Lucidchart and Lucidspark seamlessly? Look no further than Just-In-Time (JIT) Provisioning!JIT provisioning automatically creates user accounts in Lucid the first time a user attempts to log in via your configured Single Sign-On (SSO) provider. This eliminates the need for manual account creation and keeps your user management efficient. However, to truly leverage the power of JIT, it's crucial to ensure that users are created with the correct information right from the start – specifically their first name, last name, and email. Incorrect or missing data can lead to confusion, collaboration issues, and administrative overhead. Here are some general guidelines and best practices to ensure your JIT provisioning creates users with the proper values:1. Leverage SAML Attributes:The Key to Accuracy: The most reliable way to pass user information to Lucid during JIT provisioning is thr

Theres a new update with LucidScale now it makes you directly launch the cloudformation template when you select use new cross-account role, and then it never lets you press next even when launching the CF template. Please fix this or atleast let us input the ARN again

I just need to make a simple organizational chart, and I only have two values. Why does it make me have required employee information. Can an organizational chart only be for employees? I don’t understand how to change this.

I am unable to display public or private IPs for virtual machines in my Azure import. I see where it collected the data under metadata but the variables seem to be empty?

Hello,  My name is Jordan. I recently had a free trial with lucidscale in order to automate some json files into diagrams for my team’s project. Used the AWS model and uploaded the json file that was in our aws account.  I work for a government contracting company and am on a project for one of the Air Force Software factories so some of the file was redacted to appear differently in lucidscale for security purposes. Mainly the account ID and some urls. My government lead gave us the green light to work out a payments/accounts for lucidscale but more on the lucid Gov side. The Automating diagrams feature is impressive and we are looking to having an account or to so we can utilize it whenever we desire. Anyway, When I went to upload the json in lucidscale the diagrams automated. However, One key component, and elastic load balancer was missing from the infrastructure diagram once it was done automating. That is a pretty important resource that we need to have visible. When going throug

I added a cross-account role using the cf template for 10+ AWS accounts, all part of the same organization. The roles are correct and they are verified when adding the credentials to lucid. Problem starts when doing the import process, it gives me an error telling me it had trouble importing/updating the data from the datasets.  Starting checking and the only different thing (I’ve done this process many time) I can see is this:The scope, before, always used to say “account” in the scope section, but now all of these new credentials say “organization” in the scope section. Anyone know why this happens, and how to fix it?The stack was successfully created in all accounts.  All the roles have the necessary trust policy and policies, including readonlyaccess.  The credentials creation process in lucid goes ok but it’s the importing process that fails.  The only different thing with past imports is the last detail mentioned, the “scope” section. When it say account it works, when its says o

My new trial LucidScale account, has two users, an account owner with Creator and a standard user with Explorer.I’d like to own the account, but have my standard user be the primary user and creator. However I cannot re-assign these roles in my account through the UI at least. Is there another way to accomplish this?

Do you have a printable white paper or an overview of Lucid? We have an upcoming faculty development day, and I’d like to provide a handout to encourage instructors to integrate Lucid into their classrooms.
