My wife has created and shared a LucidSpark document with me. I have it in my shared documents. I can see it but I cannot edit it. She is the admin. I requested access. She has granted it and I still cannot edit the document. I still have the option to request license. Please help.

It seems like the behaviour you are experiencing is expected, as you currently hold a Team Lucidchart subscription, however your Lucidspark subscription is free.
This means that you have access to the free features of Lucidspark, which limit the number of editable boards to 3. It is likely that you have created more than 3 Lucidspark boards and are now unable to edit more boards. For more information on this please review our Lucidspark Plans.
