I am very new to Lucid & am trying to finish up an urgent project, but keep running into roadblocks. I was supposed to have a WebEx meeting with Carson from Lucid last Monday, but he was a no-show.I have followed all of the instructions, but they are not helping.

I am looking for hand on assistance. I am trying to upload a new data set to existing org. chart(s) & i have followed all of the instructions, but they did not make any changes. If I cannot get the new data to transfer over, I will have to re-create & i have not done the conditional formatting before.

Thank you for the reply! While I cannot meet over video, I am happy to continually respond to your questions and concerns here. When you uploaded your new data set to your existing chart, did you select “replace data set” in the Org Chart panel?

As for conditional formatting, I am happy to give you guidelines to set up rules! I have found this feature to be very straightforward. What kind of rules would you like to set up?
I have already tried all of those steps several times & it does not do anything. This is why I was hoping to be able to share my screen with someone.

Thank you for the reply! If you would like you can share a screen recording or screenshot with me here. Can you tell me more details about the issue? You replaced the data set but are not seeing the changes reflected in the Org Chart correct? What changes are missing? Are you linking or importing data? Are you using Excel, Google Sheets, or a CSV?
I will have to try & figure this out on my own. Bouncing back & forth via e-mail is not assisting.
The assistance i need cannot be done via messaging, I need someone to be online with me & assist.
