Hi  It appears that one of the team members has deleted a chart by error. How do we recover this?  Thanks

Hello It was written that there is a feature to import architecture from GCP account. I cant see only option to import from AWS in File-> Import Data-> AWS Architecture. How can i choose importing from GCP?   Thank you.

Hi -- I am unable to view / access any of my work. Can you please resolve it ?

All of a sudden when I add a new standard shape it includes an icon set by default.  Eg every time i add a new shape there is a "red x" automatically applied to it.  I google around and learned the "red x" is an icon set and I know how to remove them from the shape. But how to I change the default setting to not include icon sets?  It is annoying to turn the icon set off on each new shape I add.

Hi I have a question regard on how to make a diagram. At this moment i am making a diagram about the disease Heart Failure focusing on the therapy after diagnosis. The therapy consists of several controls (measuring weight bloodpressure etc) but on different times in the whole process.  Do you know suddenly how I can make such a diagram? Maybe using another editor? Kind regards

I must be missing something: Newbie first time I'm using Lucid. I want to create a project presentation: Some tasks (duration only) some milestones and present them on a calendar view. The time span is about three months from today to May I searched for a calendar template and the window below opened. But - where so I input the month so it can tell which day is the first etc?

I do not seem to have the ability to search inside of my documents for specific text (like a procedure or table name). Does that functionality not exist or am I missing something very simple?

Hi. I am looking to turn off autosave and I can't locate information on how to do so. The posts in the community section offer no guidance and the link provided in an answer to one post doesn't seem to work. Is there a way to turn this off? If not why not? In every other program I've worked in there's an option to turn it off that is clearly visible.

I have a large sequence chart diagramming logic in a shell script.  We have added a function that will fall in the middle of the logic flow.  So I want to move 2 functions apart in the logic so that I can insert the new function in between them.  I tried grabbing half the chart and sliding it over but as soon as I create the box around what I want it jump over and grabs everything. Any ideas how I can create space in the center of a sequence chart? Jim

Hello! I would like to export the drawings that i have made in lucid chart but i cant seem to find the download as feature on folders and on some of the individual diagrams. I was able to do this before and was wondering if this feature is no longer available.  To recap i want to be able to export all of my drawings from my documents onto my desktop. Please let me know if this is possible.  Best Regards Brett Miller

Hello all; would anybody be kind enough to critique my use case diagram below? I am a basic UMLer and trying to improve. I have been working on a use case diagram for Manage Invoice which involves representing Create Read Update Delete (CRUD) appropriately as well as factoring in a one (header) to many (items) in data terms. I think this diagram is ok ?? but would much welcome comments. Many thanks in advance. David. PS so sorry but I can't work out how to provide a link to a read only copy of the diagram so here below is a description of the diagram and a screen shot further below. Please let me know how to create a link to read only copy if you would be so kind... ! I have a large and complex chart.  I'm using swim lanes to keep things organized.   When I move a swim lane left or right some of the connectors/lines move some seem anchored to the background   Before moving the swim lane:     After moving the swim lane.  Most everything moves except some of the anchor points of connectors remain stationary.:

Need better and more diverse auto layout options. Hierarchical and equidistant doesn't work for all cases and arguably not for many.

Are there additional icons available for this template (besides the ones prepopulated)?

Is it possible to have the Server Rack Diagram get generated from an excel data source?  For example if I have a spreadsheet with rack rack size device type device name device size device position in rack etc.  We maintain an accurate data picture of our datacenter in our CMDB but we want the ability to auto-generate a visual diagram of the data.

When I insert a Lucidchart diagram into a Google doc it seems to scale the diagram to the available width of the Google doc. This is fine in many cases but a vertical chart may cover multiple pages because the height > width.  Can I set it so that it scales to maximum 90% of the available height of a page by default?

The return function does not work in an existing shape in Lucidchart.  Worked yesterday but today can not add new copy to a bulleted list.

How do I turn off the scaling measurements in the floor plan layout that I drafted?  I do not want to show scaled measurements on my layout drawing.  Thank you.

I have completed first draft of flowchart and have found that I have missed some early processes. How do I create the space to insert these without manually moving existing work down the page?

Hi  I have been working with your product for going on 5 years. Right now I have been trying to export a single page at a time with none of the layers showing up after they are downloaded. Is this a bug?

I am hoping to use the org chat formatting as a study guide and looking for a way to insert more text into each sub-category. For example including a bullet point list within the text of an individual block. Is this possible? Thank you!

I need to create 32 shapes that are all identical and evenly spaced.  In Visio there is/was a 'repeat paste' feature (F4) Where you could paste a shape at the same spacing multiple times. I know Lucid has the CTRL-Shift-D option but how to i get the shapes to echo at the spacing/alignment that i choose? For example: I copy paste the first shape exactly where i need it in relation to the original shape then repeat 'x' many times at the same spacing relative to the one before it. Thanks.

I have used the Site Map Template many times and it's brilliant how it auto cleans up can I do this for the Algorithm flow chart?

Hi I am using a free plan currently and only one diagram is already taking up 25% of my 100MB storage. That's somewhat surprising but anyway if I upgrade to a paid plan the description says I would have 1GB of storage. Given the size of a single diagram so far that will not allow me very many diagrams - perhaps about 20-30 depending on their complexity. At the same time the plan also says I can have unlimited documents. But if storage is limited how can documents be unlimited? Thanks David.

When printing the size varies between pages.  1 diagram will be full page the next one will be 1/4 the page.  I do not know how it happen.  Change from when I logged in  I can show you  if you can remote into my laptop and I can do a print preview and show what changed
