Hello thanks for posting in the community! I am very sorry you're experiencing trouble while using Lucidchart. Can you try opening the document in a Chrome Incognito browsing session? This often improves performance by starting a fresh cookie session and disabling your extensions. Additionally please try using a different internet connection and browser to access your account-this will eliminate the possibility of an internet speed/security issue.

If you have access to the feature you can also check the revision history to see if the changes are there. Please see our Revision History article for information on how you can restore from a previous version.
