We are migrating our confluence cloud instance to confluence on-prem and are having difficulty with the lucidchart integration. After migration all pages with embedded lucidchart diagrams do not display the linked diagrams any more... do you have a guide anywhere that explains how to migrate the embedded chart info from one confluence instance to an new one?
