Hi there
I can't seem to get the mind map shortcuts Tab and Enter (new parent/child topic) working on the "mind map with lines" template. I note they also don't work on the "sales business plan" mind map template which has a similar design. I've tried clicking on all the elements of the template with no success.

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the confusion. Currently the mind map shortcuts only work with our mind map specific shape library. These templates actually use our normal shape libraries to achieve that specific look so the shortcuts do not work. However if you're using these templates and would like to see this functionality added please let us know via our feature request form.
