I am working on linking emails via hotspot to my diagram. Is outlook the only email linkage that is supported? Can you link gmail? Or a specific email?

When you select the "email" option in the actions modal Lucidchart creates a mailto link that triggers whatever default email client a user has set up on their computer. To change this trigger you will need to change the email client that is set as default in your system preferences.
