Got error message "We were unable to load fonts. Contact Support"

Heya lucid keeps logging me out couple times a day. We have a o365 integration but everytime i open a board Im a guest even though i logged in that day. Very annoying especially when logging in kicks you out of the current board you are in.

CREATE INDEX [K] ON  [Customer] ([orderID]); what does this mean .in the key field when i gave k i received the above code.

For the past week Lucidchart has been consistently crashing on Chrome Firefox and Edge. I'll be working as normal for 15-20 minutes then everything will freeze then I get a browser warning about being low on memory and I need to reload Lucidchart. Then it happens more and more frequently every 5 minutes or so. This is unworkable and no other tool I'm using on any browser has these same issues nor did Lucidchart until about a week ago. I can't find any information about it or any troubleshooting. Has anyone else experienced anything similar? It's making it incredibly difficult to finish my wireframes.

When I double click on a shape Lucidchart takes me to cropping the shape rather than adding text. This is the first time that it has started happening and is also happening in different devices/browsers.      Here is a post with the same issue I have: https://lucidchart.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/7289238304276-Double-Click-Doesn-t-Create-Text-under-Shape

How can Lucid Charts be made read-only even to team members with write access?  We want to use LC for clickable read-only diagrams but LC always goes into edit mode (all our team members have edit privileges).Trying to publish a view-only link does not seem to work (it always reverts to full editing mode which is extremely frustrating).

1. user update a diagram on https://lucid.app/lucidchart 2. lucid save it on web site 3. but after we click back to confluence we will get a warn message 'You do not have permission to edit this Lucidchart diagram. ' Could you help on this? Thanks Gary

I'm told the documents auto delete in 7 days and we can't empty sooner... fine but I have documents in the trash since 2022. Now what?

I see videos when i choose a template but is there a knowledge base that lets me search for a topic i need help on or a how to video on?

I've inherited a document with a base configuration that somehow grabs my name (and email) to update a legend at the bottom of the page... supposed to be the "creator" and the "last modified" ... but its not working correctly. I can't sort out how to create such a thing at all....   If I wanted a "created by" or "last modified by" text box on my diagram... how do I do that?

Object Multiselect Madness     Take above diagram.  Select all items.  Move to Layer C.         Expected:  Objects in Layer C.  Result:  Objects seem to stay put.Double Clicking Blank area shifts where new objects are created. 1. If I'm working with Layers I really want to control my own focus.  Change of Focus makes it easy to create objects where you'll need to move them.   This design makes it really easy to fall into the weak spot of the product. 2.

I'm trying to create a template for my organization to use. The directions online indicate to create the template then to share the document with the intended collaborators however I don't want to share and allow my collaborators to edit the master only to have access to the template in their template drop down; how do I do this?

Is there a way to delete multiple tabs at the same tab?

I am trying to use aws group icons. However I am unable to resize the shape within the icon. Is it possible to do?

When I type /lucid into a confluence page in our organisations cloud hosted confluence it pops up a screen which says:   Log in to Lucidchart You will be redirected to the Lucidchart website to log in. [login]   When I hit the login button it flashes up a web page which says "login success" or similar then closes it then goes back to the original login screen above.   If I go to https://www.lucidchart.com/ then I am logged in with my organisations user.

Hi thereOur team was trying to display the processes of our client to their website. Following this guide we are able to display their document to their website's frontend using the embed code instructions. However since the document have multiple pages in it they are all visible and can be seen by any visitors of the page. Our target is to just display one single page of the document to their website. Apparently looking back to your guide there's no instructions on how to display a single page using your embed code feature. Is there a way to just display a single page on a document using your embed code feature? Hope you can help us on this concern. Any help on this matter is very much appreciated. Regards
