Not sure how to do this does the team mate change the password by requesting or do i as an admin ?

Thanks for posting in the Community! As an Account admin you have the permission to edit a user’s password. In order to proceed, please head to the Admin panel > Users > Either select a user and click on Edit in the first top right section OR click on the three dots on the far right of the user > Edit user profile. There, you will be prompted to change a user’s information, including their password.
