How do I create a "Service Account" in which I can re-assign some documents to?

I need to de-license some of our users and add other new users.  I've been told that I can assign the documents of those users I am de-licensing to a Service Account.  I have looked under my Admin settings but not seeing how to do that.

Can someone share any insights on how to do this?

Hi Scott

You when you remove a users license or delete a user you will be asked where you would like to transfer that users content to. You will have to list a user that exists in your Lucid user list so you may need to create a user to use as your repository account. Hope this helps!
