I am looking for a template that includes a ready-made chart / diagram legend, (see above Visio and ConceptDraw Diagram) does this exist in Lucid? M

I want to embed Lucidchart diagrams on my wordpress website. There is one broken link on Lucidchart support resources, and nothing else. Can someone let me know whether it’s possible (and maybe share examples) and ideally share helpful docs?

For the life of me I can’t find the formatting options for title, subheading, etc. that used to exist. Anyone know what happened to them?

My Lucid document allows me to add new elements as an overlay, but is treating the existing/historical items almost as if they are a PDF and is not allowing me to edit or move them. Please help?

I would like to embed my Lucid chart on a Google Site. When I go to the file drop down I do not see the option for Publish.  How can I get the HTML to embed my charts? Thanks!

In Lucidchart, I used to be able to copy a style of an object and then paste it to multiple other objects of the same type. For example, I could copy the style of a line, then highlight multiple other lines and paste the style. You were only able to paste the style to multiple objects of the other objects were of the same type, which makes sense. However, something changed recently and I can no longer paste the style if I have multiple objects selected, even if they’re the same type. Now I can only paste the style to if I have a single object selected. When I have multiple objects selected and I right click the “Paste Style” menu item isn’t there. Why was this removed? Can it be put back? I use the paste style option all the time.

I'm trying to use Lucidchart on my Android tablet.  I couldn't find a way to select multiple objects although selecting all so I went to their support site.  There it explains how to use all of the functionality in the various toolbars.  The problem is that I can't find those and other interface components.  It looks like maybe they don't have any support documentation on the Android version?  Is the android version stripped down with very little functionality or is there a way to access that functionality?  Lol...and now I see that although I was pointed to this page from a Lucidchart page Lucidchart is not one of the topic options available.  I guess I'll pick a random one and hope that I can get help anyway.

How do I delate all documents, images or anything that take storage space.I would like to get to 0% storage.

I am importing data from another organization via a CSV however I'm not happy with the defaults.  I'd like all entries to appear the same as the top image (Role in bold and the smaller text sizes) as opposed to the one on the bottom.  How do I set that and then apply to everything else?  Is there a way to set this up to import from a CSV and match this style?

How do I add double underline for text? I know how to do that in Word but not in this app

Hello  I am currently using the embed feature to provide interactivity to my charts for our team. We have security concerns and would like to make sure these documents are not accessible out side of our organization; however only certain individuals have Lucid accounts and thus sharing via Lucid is not an option. Is it possible to enabled embedding of a document while also restricting direct link access? Currently if the embed is activated I am able to open the chart regardless of permissions on the document. Any help is appreciated thank you!

I used to be able to right click to change a shape. I don’t see it anymore. Where did that functionality go?

Hello everyone,I'm reaching out with a question concerning the storage capacity limits on Lucidchart. As a project manager, I frequently use the platform for creating diagrams, plans, hand-offs, and generating client deliverables that incorporate numerous images within the documents.I've previously sought solutions for this issue and was offered several workarounds, none of which have proven effective:Integration with Google Drive: Despite having 15GB available on Drive, I still hit the 1GB capacity limit on Lucidchart. The Back & Restore option for individual documents is inefficient due to the volume of documents I manage, making it too time-consuming & difficult to manage. Upgrading to Lucidspark to gain an additional 1GB (for a total of 2GB) doesn't seem like a sustainable solution, as I anticipate reaching this capacity limit in the future as well.Given these challenges, is there a way to store my files/documents in a separate storage solution, like Google Drive, where the

Is there a feature that allows me to manually move people on an org chart. By this, I am referring to moving them spatially on the board and not in a particular person’s organization/dept.

Per the following. it states that a “Due Date” should populate into jira from the card.LucidSpark card has both a start date and an end date. Neither is being populated anywhere. thoughts? bug?

I made a simple swimlane flowchart today and for those on my team without access I exported to PDF. In the chart, I used simple gradients in the flowchart shapes. The color is less saturated at the top and more saturated at the bottom. In the PDF export, this is reversed, with the saturated color at the top.I also noticed that the gradient in the PDF export starts from the color and fades to white, which I assume is a limitation of PDF. Is the gradient direction also a limitation of the PDF format, or is there a bug here?Native shapes PDF shapes Native Lucidchart shapes PDF export shapes

When editing a note on an object, I can make a hyperlink with ⌘+v while having some text selected but that hyperlink is un-clickable and un-viewable after that.Note with hyperlink exampleI tried a combination of shift, control, option, and command (on mac) with no luck in following or viewing the link. I also tried switching between editing the chart in Lucidchart and Lucidspark with the link being un-clickable in both.Is there a way to follow the hyperlinks made in notes?

Would it be possible for the ownership of template I have created to be transferred to another user? If the account that makes the template is deleted, would others still be able to use the template?

Hello,I wanted to understand if it’s possible to transfer the ownership of shape libraries that I have created over to another use?

Hello! I wanted to import Salesforce object model in Lucidchard as an ERD. I tried several times and every time I get stuck at the “Loading” step. And noting happens. Is it because the data model is too large? Any workarounds? Thanks!

Using the “Duplicate” function for the whole Lucidchart document sends to about:blank Chrome Version 121.0.6167.139 (Official Build) (arm64)

Hello I am currently looking for help in vain. I would like to share the presentation in Lucid Spark publicly (temporary).Everyone, even from outside, should be able to see the presentation if they have the link. The links in Spark should also work. For example, the links to the chart. Reason: I want to share my whiteboard with a lecturer. I then remove access again.Canva offers such an option. The observer of the whiteboard should only be able to view it. Nothing more.  Important, without the viewer having to create an account. If that's not possible, it's not worth all the effort. And not every viewer wants to register. Is that possible?Merci for your help.Manuela

Hello!I am new to Lucid App and I’m trying to illustrate the connection on how data flows between three systems; A, B and C.As you can see in the attached image, the anchor points are very spread out. If I use the default center point it will get cluttered. Is there a way I can organize the connecting lines so they spread out evenly on source and target?System A should have 8 evenly distributed lines coming out from itystem B should have 4 evenly distributed lines coming out from itSystem C should have 4 evenly distributed lines coming out from itAny help on how to achieve this is appreciated, without having to do it manually (if there was a grid snap to the object, that could work).
