Getting blocky text - seems like fonts not loading

Thanks for your post! Here are the most common causes and solutions for when text is not appearing as expected:

• Network connection or firewall issues: Would you mind connecting to a different network or disconnecting from your VPN (if applicable) to rule out any connection or security issues?
• WebGL might be causing an issue with the graphics card on your computer: Can you try toggling WebGL off on your document? You can do that by navigating to View from the Menu bar at the top > Rendering > Use WebGL and un-selecting this option.
• Browser interference: Can you try opening your document in a Chrome Incognito window? This often improves performance by clearing your cache and cookies and disabling your extensions.
• Font incompatibility with your device or document settings: Can you change the font of the text in the document? To do that, select shapes in your document containing text > select a new font from the dropdown in the Formatting bar.
