I add a new Lucid Chart document to a team space
I open the LucidChart and make changes, including the name of the diagram
When I open the Team space the name has not sync’d with the thumbnail
How can I make this happen?

This is a good question, and if this is what I think it is, the document just needs time to update. By now I’m guessing that it should be showing the new title. If it isn’t, please let us know!

The sync between the diagram name and the thumbnail in the team space should happen automatically
Try simply refreshing the document or check the sharing settings
If not try once updating manually the thumbnail in the team space
