Hi i have created a network diagram with many devices connecting to two devices. The issue i am facing is that when i connect multiple devices to two devices the lines doesn't connect straight instead it create like a" bending" line that overlap lines. How do i make straight connector's without bending the line due to overlap? Please advise

Hi i am trying to add 2+ seperate shapes together so that i only have to drag a data link to 1 of the shapes instead of the all.   more info: 1 shape i plan to make contains aroung 7 squares all together each with its own data lets say shape 1 has the data from a google sheet row 1 column 1 shape 2 is row 1 column 2... hoppefully to be able to make it so i only have to copy paste the combined shape and opdate the data with row 2 instead of row 1 once and all other shabe still keep the same column    any alternative would be nice also but i do hope for a solution as i dont wanna drag the data to 7 squares everytime i add my combined shape onto the page    last time i made a diagram like this i had 60 combined shape 60x7=420 data squares not counting any other shape in the same diagram

I have a server rack that I have exported to CSV. Is it possible to import that CSV to a new drawing?

Do admin account have master access to all files regardless of restrictions? If they do not is there an option to give an account this type of access? Thank you.

Hello! I have an ERD shape like this in my Lucidchart document and I would like to know if it is possible to change the "CorpID" row to a color that matches the parent table. I can see in the advanced shape that I'm able to create a striped table but I can only make the entire table a solid color or I can change the text color.  Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Hi  I've seen the previous post about changing owner but I wanted to check again -- copying documents isn't an option for us as the documents that I own are widely shared via links throughout our company and documentation.  I'll be out on maternity leave for 3 months and I need a way to ensure that any access requests while I'm gone can be quickly addressed.  How can we maintain our document library and designate a new owner for these documents or at least another user who can address access shares?   Thank you Kaitlyn Moore

We're wondering if it is possible if we can disable personal folders? Or is there an option to setup by default to allow admins all access to all files no matter the restriction? Thank you.

I've go the Premium version of Lucid Chart and can edit the Visio documents we had created. However am I the only one that can edit them? After I've imported them will my team mates be able to work with them if they have the free version of Lucid Chart or do they need to upgrade?

Hi!  I added some swim lanes my process map but every swim lane has a green dot on the left side of the diagram. How do I get rid of those? I thought they wouldn't print when I printed the doc but they are on the printed copy as well as the pdf and jpg... While they aren't "hurting" anything they are distracting. Any ideas on how I can remove the dots?

Hi  I was wondering if there is a way to change the color gradient to the image that I have inserted? I am looking for it to be faded into the background behind my chart. Thanks in advance.

How do I get rid of these lines when diagraming and what is causing them?   The document was originally sized very large and I want it to fit 8.5 x 11.

Hi  I looked up and attempted to delete my account but am unable to. All I did was sign in with my Google account when looking up instructions to create a flow chart and it created everything for me - I didn't think it would start a whole account.  Thanks  Kelyna

Sometimes the text labels on lines are a bit crowded and hard to read at smaller sizes. Is it possible to add padding around those labels to give it some breathing room? Not a great example but this is what I’m talking about:

Hi.   I created a lucid chart and shared with one of my fellow students. However when she opened it up she was asked to upgrade. Just wondering if this feature is part of free version.   Best Marianne

I'm not able to publish all the objects that I was able to import. I ran the SQL got the CSV file and imported the data. Now ERD import is showing all the tables as a list on the left side. I have tens of tables and I want to auto-publish all the tables and the relationship on to the document (right-hand side). It is not allowing to select all or a group of tables. Any tricks or tips?. It's painful to do one by one. I need some help. Thanks ~ Ganesh R

Can I import drawings from publisher

Hello I am trying to update the font and text size on each page of my chart and it won't allow me to save the settings it keeps reverting back to a previous font type or size. Can I get some help? Thanks!

Hi   I would like to make the below kind of org chart. I think this is pretty common - you have some jobs that report to the highest level that you want to show in a "top layer" like the 3 jobs below. In my company we place support functions on the "top layer" and then all the operational teams below. I cannot find a way to do this with the new org charts whereas the old org charts support this.   Can I do it with the new org charts?  If not can I continue using the old org charts?

Hello I watched the seminar in the link below and at the 9:45 mark she shows a trick about how to insert a shape automatically into a line and the nodes will turn on. I tried to figure out how to do this for a while trying many settings and I am just curious if this is actually possible or it is not? Also can this trick be done with shapes already on the board? WebinarPlease help I think this would really help my team.

Hi    Is it possible to print grid lines on the final document ?

My organization is going to be upgrading to Enterprise to be able to integrate with G-Suite SSO. Right now we have 10 or so users using their own credentials local to LucidCharts. When we have SSO setup what will the users experience when they sign in next? Is there a mechanism for preventing every user with a G-Suite account from grabbing a license in LucidCharts.   Thanks Patrick

is there a minimum month to purchase?

I'm having an issue with my org chart in Lucid Chart that I can't find any direction on:  I would like break my org chart into teams however i have a number of individuals who report to managers that are not on that team.  Where in the org chart is this represented. For example: - Employee A is a manager on team 1. - Employee BCD E are on team 1 and report to Employee A. easy peasy. - Employee F is on team 2. - Employee A reports to Employee F. Oops this doesn't work and isn't represented anywhere.  Ideas?
