I am currently trying to customize/edit a flowchart template and the colored circles seem to be embedded with the boxes and I'm needing to move them around since I changed the key. Screen shot is attached.

I looked at the template in question and the circles were created using conditional formatting and can be edited through your conditional formatting rules. If you'd like more information on working with conditional formatting please reference this Help Center article. I hope this helps!
