It's an unconventional org chart however I need to remove the blank positions withour moving any other position. 


In these cases the Educators report directly into the head of the community. 


I'm brand new to Lucid any assistance would be appreciated.

Thanks for posting in the community. More information on formatting options with Org Charts can be found in this help center article. If you are not able to accomplish your desired layout with these formatting options I would recommend creating your Org Chart using our standard shapes (as opposed to the Org Chart specific shape library). If you use standard shapes you will lose some automated Org Chart features but your layout will not be restricted.
