Hi 


I am making our company org chart and was able to link data from google sheet. When I was adding the photos in each employee and then I changed some of the their position and reporting supervisors after refreshing the data the photos of the previous employees were lost. Does this mean that every time I update the org chart thru google sheet knowing that our org chart has a complete photo of 500 employees then we need to update and manually put the images or pictures again?


Please advise as to us what is the best thing to do.

Thanks for reaching out! When you refresh your org chart that is linked to a Google sheet your org chart will update to reflect any changes made to the sheet. If you have made changes to the chart that are not reflected on the Google sheet Lucidchart will ask you how you want to handle this conflicts. You can opt to "keep your changes" and they will not be overridden.
