Error: You Can’t Access This Resource Because Its Stored In A Different Region

How come all my documents kept saying “You Can’t Access This Resource Because Its Stored In A Different Region”even when I created a blank document it still says “You Can’t Access This Resource Because Its Stored In A Different Region”I have restarted my laptop and “You Can’t Access This Resource Because Its Stored In A Different Region” :and I tried exporting it, “You Can’t Access This Resource Because Its Stored In A Different Region”

My documents will not open

URGENT QUESTION: I am trying to open any document on my account and it will not open. The intro screen always gets stuck right where the below picture shows. I need to modify these documents for our proposals. Please help!

Export a list of all charts

I have an enterprise account and am a Document Administrator (screenshot below of my rights).  Is the only way to get a downloaded list of all 8,000+ documents to have Enterprise Shield add-on overview – Lucid?I’m just looking to get basic information on the documents including its name, who created it, who owns it, when it was last edited etc.  Normal meta info about our Lucid assets.  Our goal is to know who power users are to better understand how we use Lucid at this org.

Options for performing bulk export?

I am looking to export all of our LucidCharts to something like PDF or PNG. The format isn’t too important -- read only is fine -- so long as we have the data exported in a way that we can back it up and have it saved outside of Lucid. I’ve seen another post that says explicitly that Bulk Export to Visio is not possible but I am okay with exporting to something besides Visio and therefore wanted to inquire as to our options. Thank you very much in advance for any responses.

Language settings defaulting to Spanish

Hi,  Some areas of Lucid (templates page, homepage) are defaulting to Spanish. The rest of the site remains in my default language (English). Language setting within user settings are still set to English, I’ve toggled this but no luck. Is anyone experiencing this issue or know how to fix it?

User's groups are getting removed

 We’ve been using Lucid on our team for maybe 2 years now, and just randomly starting getting an issue yesterday where users login, and all of their document/group access have been revoked. From the admin side, I will look at the user’s permissions, and can confirm every single group is deleted from their account. I’ve had to manually re-assign groups to affected users. Is this a bug?

How to find the Document Discovery feature

I have an enterprise license, and am an admin.  There used to be a “Discovery” option where I could download all active LucidCharts and get information about them (like last edit date, owner etc), however I don’t see this option any longer in my account.  Can someone guide me on where I can find this? thanks,Sean.karshis@qlik.com

Sharing with people outside of organization

I’m an admin on an enterprise plan and I’m trying to grant view only access to people who are outside of my organization but have been unsuccessful granting access or sharing documents. Is there way I can enable the product or do I need to get in touch with Lucid?

Connection lines are not visible in the ERD template when importing from Salesforce

In the ERD template, when I use “Import from Salesforce” Sandbox,  the connection lines with Crowfoot between Objects are Not showing up between related Salesforce objects when the objects are selected in the left pane.  (The selected objects are showing up fine on the canvas.)Please advise.Thanks.

Lucidscale Supported Resources

Lucidscale describing cloud environments is great but when most of your workloads are on top of EKS/AKS/GKE, lucidscale is missing most of the topology complexity as it does not describe anything running inside kubernetes.Having a unified description of when is outside EKS/AKS/GKE (vpc, region) and inside (pods, service accounts, deployments, etc) in a unified view would be a great.

When converting a user from licensed to view-only, does ownership of that user’s documents need to be transferred to a licensed user or can they keep the documents and just have view-only access to them?

"Documents Accessible Individually" meaning when downloading user data

In the usage data screen in the admin console, you can download a csv report called “All user data”. In that report there is a column labeled: Documents Accessible IndividuallyWhat does this mean exactly? I am trying to figure out if this means that the user has created a document OR that they have access to a document that has been shared with them?  I want to figure out who has created a document and who currently owns documents.

Admin unable to reset License settings

I am unable, as the admin on an enterprise account, to reset the License settings > Lucid Suite settings or License settings > Lucidscale settings under the “Customize Lucid* license request dialog”.  My original configuration settings are all that stays.  I do click save changes and when I try to navigate to another page it again says I will lose my settings if I don’t hit save and I click save on that dialogue box. Why am I unable to make changes to this customization I originally set?

Lucid for Confluence Cloud not working

Hello, we’re trying to get Lucid for Confluence plugin working, however after we authenticate a user that has admin privileges in Lucid, all users that try to embed a Lucid document using a macro in Confluence get the following error:“We were unable to locate your Atlassian app information. Please uninstall and reinstall the Lucid plugin.” At this point we’ve tried reinstalling the app multiple times, cleared browser cache and used multiple accounts and computers to test. We’re able to link an account with admin privs in Lucid to Confluence just fine, but can’t use the macro to put in any documents.Any suggestions?

How to disable automatic edge scrolling?

When drawing a diagram, anytime my cursor gets within a few inches of the edge of the browser, the diagram begins to auto-scroll in that direction.  This means that when I’m attempting to select a new object to drag onto the canvas, from the left toolbar, it starts scrolling.  It’s driving me mad.  How can I disable any sort of auto-scrolling?
