Hi @Mukund,

Thanks for following up. There isn’t a direct way for admins to share documents they don’t own to users. There is the ability to use Team Hubs which acts as a centralized resource for team members to add documents, for more information please refer to our Lucid Help Center article Use team hubs in Lucid to collaborate and stay organized.

Hi @Mukund,

Thank you for posting in the Community! There can only be one owner of a document, however, there can be multiple collaborators with edit and share access on documents if the owners of these documents add you as a collaborator. Document Admins on an Enterprise account can use document discovery to view, move, and change ownership of all documents owned by their team’s account. Please refer to our Lucid Help Center articles Share with CollaboratorsAdministrator Roles, and Search with Discovery for more information. Feel free to follow up here with any additional questions.

Thanks for the reply.

Is there a possibility to get share the documents/diagrams of our users, to other users who ever needed.

This needs to be performed from admin level without making users to share individually.
