If you are seeing the error message “Unable to join team, the account is full.” when trying to join a Team account, please send this community post to your account admin.
Every user on a Team account is required to have a license. If there are no more licenses available on your Team account, you will be unable to join until the admin takes one of the following actions:
- The admin can purchase additional licenses in the admin panel. For more information on how to do this please review our Add more Lucid licenses Help Center article.
- Alternatively, the admin can delete users from the account to make room for new team members. For more information on how to do this please review our User Management Help Center article.
