I'm unable to add Custom Tags or set Document status for Templates I crteate and share in a Team folder.  Why?  Also it would be nice to create our own status' like In Development Beta Testing etc.

Can we add color to tabs?

Hi there - I'm struggling with how to best share my Org Chart with people in my organization.  When I embed the Org Chart in a SharePoint page (using the LucidChart web app) it defaults to 50% zoom and creates a screen within a screen experience where the user needs to scroll around and look for a way to zoom in. I also don't like that users have to click twice to get through to an external link. I do like that users can expand Notes on the Org Chart to see descriptions of different things. I like how the PDF export of our Org Chart looks better and I think it would be easier for users to navigate (if we simply upload the PDF file to our SharePoint) however we lose the Notes functionality in the PDF. I'm struggling to figure out a way to add Notes or mouse-over to the different elements in the PDF in a way that looks professional (I don't love the sticky notes or comments options).  Any ideas for workarounds for either the SharePoint embed or the PDF export to enhance the use

My Lucidcharts are rather large and scrolling using horizontal and vertical bars is sometimes not ideal. It would be so awesome to have a text box with a list or table of contents and/or a button that jumps to that very place on the same page in the same document. I thought a hotspot would be the ticket but that doesn't allow you to jump to another place in same document but rather link to new document or page.

I have a multi-layered diagram where I want to have only one of two mutually exclusive layers. I don't want to have to click a button for this if I can avoid it. Given a chart with Layer 1 Layer 2 Layer 3 and Layer 4. I want 2 and 3 to be mutually exclusive such that only one of them at a time can be visible. Why does toggling a layer's visibility require a manual click of "sync visibility"? Can I toggle that to automatic?

Hi everyone I'm new to Lucidchart but see how it could be of great benefit to my team. Can you point me towards a beginner training video for Lucidchart that I can share with them that won't be overwhelming? We're not the most tech-savy group.

Once the model is created can the various viewsdiagrams be exported to Visio from Lucidscale? This option is available in Lucidchart Specifically interested in the Azure side.

https://www.enterpriseintegrationpatterns.com/patterns/messaging/toc.html  Does Lucid offer support for these icons etc?

I am managing a project using a document that has 18 tabs and I might need to add more most of which are Kanban boards. Am I setting myself for the possibility of the document becoming corrupt?

I have created a customized shape library with about two dozen unique shapes that I need to share with others. How can I make this library accessible to others? It comes up when I "call" it on my own documents and I can pin it on my documents. But I want others to be able to do the same with their documents.  So how can I share my custom shape library with others?

Good morning all  to link data I granted lucidchart access to my google sheets and therefore all my google drive. Now I would like to revoke the permission. But I can't find any indication on how to do this. Has anybody had the same problem? Thanks in advance!Gwen

i would like to convert existing salesforce process builder into lucid chart do you have any automated tool to convert

Hi! I would like to apply Links to my Org chart as per what this article presents https://help.lucid.co/hc/en-us/articles/15059514038420-Add-an-Action-or-link-to-a-shape-in-Lucidchart  Are Links supposed to work for Org Charts yet? I've tried applying the instructions in that article linking boxes to other pages in my document but it's not doing it.  Thanks  ClaireC.

May I know when this blog 'Top 6 reasons why project management is important' is uploaded? As I need to give citation to my assigment.Thank You.

How can I add erd cardinality in my ER diagram like in this video tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QpdhBUYk7Kk ?

FYI - Myself and the rest of the SE team are having an issue when trying to copy a diagram from Lucidchart and paste into a Google Doc we get the error "You do not have access to upload images."  I found this Google support thread that indicates it's a Lucidchart issue.  I submitted a support request to Lucidchart.   This started sometime last week.  It's a major pain for us as we do this a lot.  For now we're exporting the chart as a JPG and copying it into the Google Doc (painful!).   Not sure if you all can do anything about this but wanted to put it on your radar.

I know it's possible to generate the appropriate SQL query using "FK" column in lucidchart. However is there a way to setup lucidchart to generate composite foreign key? For example let say I have the following tables: Table 1:    column1    column2    column3 Table 2:    column4    column5    foreign key (column4column5) references table1 (column1 column2) Is it possible to create this foreign key using lucidchart?

We are currently having issues with our current org charts as we aren't able to customize quickly or print as we are needing. Some of our divisions have over 800 employees so we need to have an efficient way to easily print or minimize/maximize the employees in their reporting structures. Before we explore more  - is this a capability Lucid has currently?

I'm sorry but I'm missing something simple.  I simply want to add data fields the same ones to every process box I put in a flowchart.  A simple example is adding 2 fields one for the application being used to facilitate the process the other is for where the data is stored.  EG: PROCESS: Create Analytical Report APPLICATION: SAS STORAGE: AWS S3 When I hover over or click on a box ina  flow chart I'd like those data fields to be visible and in an ideal world I'd love to be able to get a simple output report in a table or .csv file of process name application storage.  When I search through help and here in the community notes I get references to importing data  or veryy complex .csv files that I'm not interested in.  I need something quick and simple.  this is something Visio does easily I believe so I'm afraid I'm just  missing something.

Hello I am currently using data from a Google Sheet I imported the multiple sheets from the Gsheet into Lucid. I am using a Gantt Template from Lucidchart that links certain text to data. The first page is correct but when I try to change the 2nd page it also changes the first page's data. I would like each page on Lucid doc's data to correspond to each individual sheet data from Gsheet.   I am able to import all the GSheets but i am unsure how to link them accordingly using the templated data links.

The Floor Plan's walls are easy to plop down and use with one very frequent and problematic exception. When you have a wall that is the wrong length dragging the ends of the wall doesn't allow you the accuracy required.  I needed a wall exactly 53 feet long.  Even when zoomed in the wall goes shorter (52' 6") or longer but won't land on the desired length.  Further I have to zoom in and out over and over to see what the actual size is when I let go of the wall end.  So I have to "blind drag" the wall scroll/zoom look to see if it's right reposition zoom/scroll to try again... ONLY to eventually discover the tool won't let me land on my desired dimensions at all!
