Link the same data source to 2 different smart container charts allowing updates in one smart container to be reflected in the other

I’m looking for a way to link the same data source to 2 different smart container charts allowing updates in one smart container chart to be reflected in the other.   The 2 different smart container charts are views of the data from different pivot fields.   The goal is when I update one of the smart container charts (i.e. move a box from 1 containter to another container), the update appears in the other smart container.

changing size of conditional formatting icos

I created an org chart that included conditional formatting using icons. I spent some time playing with the size to get it to fit on a page, and at some point the icons shrank to an illegibly small size, and I can’t get them back to their original larger size. They don’t seem to change based on the size of the font or the the size of the shape they are connected to. Is there a way to make them larger?

Exporting Issue

How come when I export my chart as a PDF is reverts back to an older version? For example, what I see on my screen is different to the PDF. I even exported as a JPEG which worked fine, but when I converted the JPEG to a PDF, the PDF reverted back to an old version.

I can't add connector lines in LucidChart

I think there is some setting turned on ...or off on one page of a LucidChart drawing I’ve created.  There are multiple tabs to the drawing, but this issue is only happening on one tab.  My cursor looks like a star of four arrows versus a pointer tool and I can’t figure out what I’ve turned on or off. I can’t draw lines between boxes.

Lines run to close together

Hello.I have am having a issue with multiple lines running to close together and I can not clearly see the pathway for each line. See image, all blue lines have joined together to run down the page. I had a lot of diagrams that i need in my free account. When i tried to login I got directed to join a work organisation. I tried to exit and log in as normal. Now when i log in all my diagrams are gone? Please remove me from the org and give my free account back and let me know how i can recover my diagrams.

Unable to load fonts

Hi,Trying to use Lucid for the first time and started from a suggested template and have the error "We were unable to load fonts. Contact Support". Launched in Chrome Launched in Chrome Incognito - issue persistsThere are no fonts to select at all. Font manager is empty.

Org Chart Label data reverts to default text after adding reporting line

I have entered data into a custom label on a person’s org chart shape. After I add a reporting line, the text I entered into the label reverts to the default guiding text and I have to re-type the information into the label.  Label data seems to remain intact if the reporting line already exists.  Am I doing something wrong?

Standard Import - control text padding and shadows

Is there a way to configure the text padding and shape shadows? I don’t see it in the documentation. Re the text padding - my use case is attempting to align some text to a shape in a legendI have to manually update the padding after the import to get it to align to the centre in the editor I’ve tried:<p style=";font-size:8pt;margin:0px">and<p style=";font-size:8pt;padding:0px">neither work Re the shadows - that would enable my items to stand out better over a plan  Thanks,

New UNWANTED Shape Creation and Placement Suggestions when I just simply want to connect one shape to another

Um, I’ve used this software quite a bit the past 4 years. I haven’t touched it much in the past several months. What happened? What is this new silly auto suggestion where when I want to simply connect one shape to another by selecting the little dots that pop up on the sides of a shape, NOW it’s automatically suggesting a shape in a new random wrong direction.So now rather than being super speedy with connecting shapes after the fact, I am now having to manually press CTRL every single time.What is this featured called and how do I turn it off?I’ve turned off snapping options. And if you turn off line connections….well then you can’t snap at all the way you USED to.Whyyyyy change things that worked and not make it easy to revert back? Might as well go back to PowerPoint or Slides.Photo example attached.
