New line in element Data field

I used to be able to add a new line in the Data fields of a Lucid element by pressing Shift + Enter. It seems like this stopped working few weeks ago. I can still enter new line by copy-pasting it from somewhere else, but I can't do it with a keyboard shortcut anymore. Has the shortcut changed, is there any other way to enter a new line, or has this functionality been completely removed?

Timeline is freezing

Script link URLs

Hi there,I’d like to use scripting when I apply a link to a shape. Use case: I have a JIRA ticket number on the shapes as custom field. And I want to provide the convience of a link on the shape so that one can jump directly to the ticket. For sure I do not want to enter the ticket number twice (once in the custom field and another one in the URL for the link).Is that possible?BestAchim

Help with Arrows?

I just started using Lucid Chart. At first the arrows were working fine and automatically turned green or red based on yes or no. Then I was suddenly unable to access any arrows. I can draw straight black lines between shapes but no arrows. I have tried everything I can think of to get the arrows back to no avail.Any idea what might have happened and how I can get the arrows back working?Thanks

imagen no se muestra correctamente al importar SVG

 Estimados buenas tardes, tengo problemas en la visualización de archivo svg ,Como se puede apreciar en las imágenes, en la imagen 1 se creó un símbolo de una válvula de aguja em adobe ilustrator, en la imagen 2 se puede observar que se pude visualizar correctamente el archivo el cual fue exportado en formato svg, mientras que en la imagen 3 al exportar el svg al la plataforma de lucidchart no se muestra correctamente si me pueden ayudar con esto por favor, lo cual agradecería bastante sin nada mas que mencionar me despido saludos.

Export a list of all charts

I have an enterprise account and am a Document Administrator (screenshot below of my rights).  Is the only way to get a downloaded list of all 8,000+ documents to have Enterprise Shield add-on overview – Lucid?I’m just looking to get basic information on the documents including its name, who created it, who owns it, when it was last edited etc.  Normal meta info about our Lucid assets.  Our goal is to know who power users are to better understand how we use Lucid at this org.

Document Linking

Are you able to set links between documents that are relative? For example if I have DocA and DocB, where DocB contains a link to DocA. If I make a copy of DocA→ DocA2 and a copy of DocB→ DocB2, is there I can have DocB2 link to DocA2 without having to remap the links? (e.g. if the documents all exist in a folder, can I set a relative path that determines which document to reference in the link?)  Thank you for your help!

Custom Hover Text with Multiple Shape Data Elements

Trying to have a formula that displays multiple shape data elements with reasonable formatting.I cannot figure out the syntax or if its even possible. I have tried using concatenate which worked but there was no way I could figure out how to inject a new line \n or similar using text or char() or code() etc… Any ideas?

Lucid Jira Integration - Cannot create or import subtasks

Hello - I am having issues with both creating and importing Jira subtasks into Lucid. I am getting an error that either the Jira issue failed to import or create.I am having no issues with any other Issue Types. Only subtasks. They also do not show up as Linked Issues, although probably because by definition they are Subtasks and not Linked. Any assistance available here? Why would this only happen for sub-tasks but not for other Issue Types? Thanks.

Issue Embedding Lucidchart in SharePoint – Scrolling Causes Diagram to Misalign

Hi!I am embedding Lucidchart diagrams into SharePoint using the embed feature. Even though I select the smallest possible embed size to match the dimensions of my diagram, I am facing an issue: it’s still possible to scroll within the embedded document. This causes the diagram to easily become "misaligned" if someone accidentally scrolls in the embedded area instead of on the SharePoint page itself.I’d like to lock the view so that the entire diagram is displayed without allowing any scrolling within the Lucidchart area. Is there a way to achieve this? If adjustments are needed in SharePoint or Lucidchart, what would you recommend?Thanks in advance!Best regards,Jens

Language settings defaulting to Spanish

Hi,  Some areas of Lucid (templates page, homepage) are defaulting to Spanish. The rest of the site remains in my default language (English). Language setting within user settings are still set to English, I’ve toggled this but no luck. Is anyone experiencing this issue or know how to fix it?

User's groups are getting removed

 We’ve been using Lucid on our team for maybe 2 years now, and just randomly starting getting an issue yesterday where users login, and all of their document/group access have been revoked. From the admin side, I will look at the user’s permissions, and can confirm every single group is deleted from their account. I’ve had to manually re-assign groups to affected users. Is this a bug?

API token for a Lucidchart Pro account

Dear all,I want to create a program in C# that will take a json file as input and it will convert it into  flow diagram in lucidchart. From what I have read, I will need to obtain an API token for my lucid-chart Pro account. But there is no option for API in my account.  Under my plan it says the following “ Currently on a legacy plan. Modifying your plan will forfeit your legacy pricing“I am completely new to using an API token  , so the first question is how do I get an API token?
