Import Architecture diagram from external source to lucid

Question

Hi everyone,I’ve been trying to import an architecture diagram into Lucidchart using SVG, CSV, and TXT formats (I’ve tried each format individually). However, instead of getting the actual architecture diagram, Lucidchart generates a bunch of sticky notes, which isn’t what I was expecting.Has anyone faced this issue before?Are there any specific file types or import settings I should be using to make sure my architecture diagram imports correctly?Any advice would be greatly appreciated!Thanks in advance!

​@rkalathilHappy New Year! That definitely sounds odd, what you’re describing. Can you add a screenshot? Are you sure they are sticky notes and not a view like the Summarized Infrastructure or the Conditional Formatting view? When you generate a new model your rendered infrastructure will automatically display in the Summarized Infrastructure view. Since this is unusual behavior, I’d recommendsubmitting a ticket.
