Hoping someone can help. There appears to have been some updates made to LucidSpark recently and now for the life of me I cannot figure out how I can add a page/tab to an existing board - my control panel bottom left corner has disappeared and there doesn’t seem to be an obvious way to do this.

Any ideas?

Hi @Kedders ,

Use the ‘+’ sign to add the new page in Lucidchart, and when you switch back to Lucidspark, you should see the Page option again:

Add the page in Lucidchart

I do agree that it will be great to be able to do this page addition directly in Lucidspark without going back and forth. I thought I was able to do it and suddenly I lost the ability to do so, until I see your post and tested the resolution from Shantel. I used Chrome 132.0.6834.112 and the same result with 132.0.6834.160.

Thank you - unfortunately I do not have this option on my Lucid - as mentioned above the control panel bottom left has disappeared - I used to have it and now I do not. So this has not fixed the issue - screenshot below:

Good morning @Kedders,

I’d like to help you as well. Can you tell me what browser and operating system you are using? For example, I like to use Chrome browsers and I use a mac computer. This will help me to try to reproduce, and if necessary, to file a bug if this is a bug.

Thanks guys. I am running on Chrome Version 133.0.6943.54 (Official Build) (x86_64)

The weird thing is, on boards where I already had multiple pages, I can still add more pages to those - that control panel is showing absolutely fine.
For this board where I only have one page and want to add another, I cannot - no control panel.

Hope this helps identify a possible issue/bug?

@Kedders,

I’m wondering if this is because the product has been switched from Lucidchart to Lucidspark. In the following screenshots you will see what it looks like when I switch from Lucidchart to Lucidspark and my original Lucidchart document only had the single page.

You can see that there is not a page option at the bottom. However, in the following screenshots you will see that if I start with a Lucidchart document that has multiple pages, and then switch to Lucidspark, then you can see that panel at the bottom.

So could you use the product switching option on the board that you shared a screenshot of previously, and product switch to Lucidchart and tell me if there is more than one page?

Hi @Shantel Gillette

Thanks for your response and investigating this.
It gave me the option to edit in lucidchart and this is what it looks like when I do that - just the one page

Not sure if I’m following what the issue is. But it seems super confusing if you have to switch between the 2 to create a new page? Our company recently moved away from Miro to Lucid but I’m finding myself using my personal Miro as I can do/find things easier.

Thank you
K
