Publishing full document pdf stopped having page breaks

Hello community,We regularly have drawings that have “live links” where we use the publish option for a pdf.  We use that link in our internal database.  This link allows sales, engineering, and technicians to access the most current version of a drawing.  Previously, that pdf link has always had page breaks that help delineate the pages.  As of about 3 weeks ago, something changed in the back end of Lucid and now the drawings come up as one continuous page.  Our work around is to export a pdf with pages breaks, but that does not account for changes that occur after that pdf was created.  Please let me know if there is something that I need to adjust in settings to help make this look correct.

Retrieving Pricing Plan Details via Lucid APIs

Hi Lucid Community,We are exploring ways to leverage Lucid APIs to retrieve user license details. While we are aware that SCIM APIs are available for enterprise plans, our interest lies in obtaining information about users in Team, Enterprise Shield, and similar pricing plans.Specifically, we would like to use APIs to identify which licenses users have been allocated—such as Team, Enterprise Suite, or Shield add-on licenses. We understand there are currently no direct APIs for this purpose and are curious if there might be any workarounds or alternative methods to achieve this.

Why is the Foreign Key Not Generated on ERD Table

Imported through SQL server and pasting the results from the query provided. Edit walls on floorplan

Hi,Is there a way to easily set a walls length to a desired length, other than dragging it?For planning a floorplan of a production facility this is just way to fiddely and not very precise.It would be a lot easier if you could just click on the measurement and type in a new one to adjust it.If that is not possible, unfortunately I don't think this is the right program for my purpose.If anyone has any tips I would appreciate it.Thanks.Sebastian

Shape size does not match with my selection

I have been struggling to fix the size of arrows in documents. I have selected 10px and its still like 1px. and when exported the line often disappear making the diagram incorrect. here is the link of one of the document

SCIM API Response Format

Hi Community,We are testing the Lucidchart SCIM API for "Get All Users," but we are not receiving the urn:ietf:params:scim:schemas:extension:lucid:1.0:User field as mentioned in the API reference documentation: Get User API. The API response format we are seeing differs from what is documented.Additionally, we would like to understand more about the schema referenced in the documentation. Could you provide clarification on what the schema represents and its significance in the response?

I can't add line or background color to text boxes

It seems that te text feature is not working as expected in Lucid chart. Specifically when I add a text box to the chart, and then I try to add lines or background, the options are not available. Moreover, in any box, when I select the text and try to move it to the upper side or to the sides, the text does not move. I’m attaching the screenshot for this: unable to add lines to text box This is an example that the text does not move when moving around the text inside a shape.  I keep clicking on the “Up” button, but the text stays in the bottom of the shape.

Lucid export not generating Foreign Keys in PostgreSQL

I am having an issue with my ERD exporting to PostgreSQL. About one-half (8 of 15) FK relationships are not exporting, and ultimately are not created. How do we verify the connections are made between the two. For instance, I connect the PK of the sub-table to an FK in the primary table visually but, when exporting, that relationship disappears. When exporting a CSV from my manually created ERD, the relationships appear in the appropriate columns. So, this suggests to me the code export to PostgreSQL is the primary issue.I have screenshots and the various code documents to send but, would appreciate answers being published here for the next person. Any help would be appreciated.

Why are templates and visual activities not showing up in my Lucidspark document?

When I open a Lucidchart or Lucidspark document, I’m used to having a list of system templates. And in Lucidspark, I’m used to being able to pick from several visual activities. However, when I checked today, I only see one template (one that I created) under All Templates.Missing system-provided templatesIn addition, visual activities are not available for my Lucidspark document.Missing visual activitiesI have tried on both Chrome and Firefox browsers. The issue is present in old and new documents. Is this a known issue? Are there any workarounds?

Hello, If I remove a user from Lucid using the SCIM API, would it update the Okta groups associated on its own? How does this work? What is the right sequence of actions for deprovisioning users from Lucid and removing licenses associated? What portions can be done without Okta being in the picture?  Thanks,S

Data Linking: gSheet auto refresh doesn't work well

Hi I used the data linking but it seems the auto refresh of the gSheet data is not stable. Sometimes it sync within 1-2 mins but sometimes I need to wait for 15+mins. Sometimes it shows below warning to my co-author when it has no problem with me.  Regards, Li

I downloaded lucidspark on my phone (iphone). I have a suite user access to lucidspark, however when I try to enter my organization email, I am redirected to this page. Please let me know how to resolve this issue.

Trouble Logging Into Lucidchart - Blank Screen After Login

Hi there,I'm encountering an issue when trying to log into Lucidchart on Chrome. After attempting to log in with both my Microsoft and Google accounts, the screen just leads me to https://lucid.app/documents, but it stays blank. I also tried clearing the cache, but that didn’t help. The app loads, but I’m left with a blank screen after logging in with my email.Has anyone else experienced this? Why can't my client access my document?

I have created several software architecture diagrams on lucid chart. I can easily grant access to my peers who helped me edit the diagrams. However, when I try to share/give access to my client, she cant open or view it. It says” You cant access this resource because it is stored in a different location” . Can anyone help me with this issue. We tried different emails but my client cant open it. Her email is the one with start@juristechne.com.au. It says she has the edit and view permission but whenever I send her invite and she clicks the invite link, it shows the error page.

HII have admin access.I am the owner of the document. I am trying to delete my own resolved comment.The resolved comments appear in my flow chart as  greyed out and there is triangle warning indicating the shape is deleted. How do I removed my resolved comments from my flowchart ?

Images not exporting to pdf

I have images that are visible in lucidchart and the PDF preview when I export the chart, but when I look at the actual pdf produced some of the images are not there. I have multiple different images that were all imported the same way, but only some of them are experiencing this issue.

Lucid documents are not opening in a new tab when in My Documents view

Hi Lucidchart Community,Previously, when I clicked on a diagram in the Documents view, it would open in a new tab. However, now it opens in the same tab, and I can't find a way to change this behavior.Is there a setting or option in Lucidchart that allows documents to open in a new tab by default when clicked from the Documents view? If not, is there a workaround or any browser-specific solution I could use?I frequently switch between multiple documents and having them open in the same tab disrupts my workflow. Any help would be greatly appreciated!Thank you in advance!

Board keeps scrolling to the left

Hi…..can any one help…..when i go into either Lucidspark or chart …..by documents are just scrolling to the left on their own…………..so I can update or work on anything ………...it is really curious as i have never had this before. I have tried to see if its a setting …..but am lost as to how to fix it……...its like Lucid has a mind of its own😂…………… many thanks ……….

Export a page to PDF through the API

Through the API it is possible to export a page to a png or jpeg image.Is it also possible to export a page to PDF through the API? Or can I generate a PDF of a document or page by opening a specific URL?

Using Oauth2 app without publishing

I have created an oauth2 app for the purposes of obtaining clientId and clientSecret to be used when calling Lucid API’s. I am the only collaborator currently and the app is not published. I am trying to understand this documentation on oauth2 limitations. Specifically:  If the app is not published, only specified app collaborators can use the app with your client ID and secret. If you would like to develop an app that all Lucid users can use, refer to this publishing documentation. Does I need to publish an app on the marketplace for others besides me to use the clientId and secret, or that I need to add app collaborators? I am trying to build an application that resolves Lucid urls to embeds where users input a url, and are prompted to login if need by, and then API calls are made to lucid to to resolve the inputted url to an embed view, and I am wondering what the implications of the above limitations are. Is there any, or am I miss-interpreting the limitations?
