Thank you for posting in the Lucid Community! Do you mind clarifying how you bulk imported your photos? What method did you use to accomplish this? Was it through data linking? 

When you click on the shape is there an image URL in the data or layout section in the panel on the right?

J’ai utilisé l’import avec data . Il y a bien l’URL qui s’affiche. La photo s’affiche bien en petit à droite, mais pas dans l’organigramme :

Thank you for providing that pin! It looks like the issue is coming from the links provided. I did some testing on my end and found that the issue is tied to the image link, I’m investigating this internally with our product team to see if this intended.

Thank you for your patience! I did some more investigation and found that in the photo links their are extra spaces that are causing the issue. If you go to the shape > Click on Layout > Go to URL > delete the extra spaces at the end of the URL, the photo in the shape should appear normally.
