My diagrams are gone after accidentally joining an organization

I had a lot of diagrams that i need in my free account. When i tried to login I got directed to join a work organisation. I tried to exit and log in as normal. Now when i log in all my diagrams are gone? Please remove me from the org and give my free account back and let me know how i can recover my diagrams.

Org Charts alter Downline

On a few of my org charts I have leaders with 20 people while their peer will only have 4. I’d like to show Leader a with 2 columns of 10 and then keep leader B with their 4 below them? Is there a way to change the reporting lines to do this?

Data source changes are not updating

I have taken over updating my teams org charts, however the changes I make on our data source are not updating on the lucid site. The previous owner has transferred ownership to me, and I ensured I am using the correct data source. I’ve refreshed the data set several times, and made sure the changes were saved in the data source (Google Sheets). I would prefer to avoid replacing the data source and potentially cause a bigger problem.

Our account is set to transfer documents to another user when they are deleted. When deleting (user) and transferring to (user), there are no documents. How can we remedy this?

Currently, this integration requires opting into the alpha test. How do we attach a team member to Lucid chart when the admin is on holiday?

I just attached my free account into a team, transferring control of all my drawings. I now cannot edit my own diagrams until a suite license is added. Sadly our admin is on holiday. I am part of a team which has not paid for access, so I’m locked out of my own work. What to do?

URGENT HELP NEEDED - Users boards all missing

We recently tried to update a users email address. When they logged in with the new address they had no boards, even though we’d just updated the email address on the user profile. So we then changed it back to the original email and still they can see no boards. This is extremely urgent. Please assist.

Dear Community,I used to be on an Enterprise plan with unlimited boards I could edit.We recently cancelled the Enterprise plan and are now on a free license mode.So out of all the boards we produced before, we only have access to a few of them in edit mode.How can I choose which boards I will be able to edit in the future?They are randomly selected at the moment and I do not see how I can change that.

Who can Remove or Delete Users?In both Team and Enterprise accounts individuals designated as Team Admins or Account Owners have the authority to add or delete users from the account.Different Capabilities on Subscription Type:Note: Editing licenses is exclusive to Enterprise subscriptions while removing users is exclusive to Team accounts.Within Team accounts any newly added users are automatically granted a license as all users on team accounts are required to have a license . Conversely in an Enterprise account a new user will receive a license automatically only if the account-wide license settings permit it. If automatic license granting is disabled the user will be added with limited access and an administrator must manually grant them a full license. What roles is required to create/manage "Groups (Sharing)"?

Our organization just started using Lucid on the enterprise plan, and it appears that Groups has been split into “Organizational groups” and “Groups (Sharing)”.We want to create groups to easily share documents with, and which leads me to believe that “Group (Sharing)” is what we want to go with.What role is required to manage “Groups (Sharing)”?Is there a way to set up a group owner/manager like there appears to be for “Organiznational groups”?Is there any SCIM support for sharing groups?Any other general guidance on creating/managing “Groups (Sharing)”?

Can users with limited access licenses still view, download, and share documents?

I administer an Enterprise license account.  There are a few users who have full license with create / edit privileges.  They no longer need this level of access and requested View Only licenses.  They have created these documents under the Enterprise license.  If I change their license to Limited-access, will they still be able to view these documents and share them?  I saw the article about Limited-access user capabilities and it states “Own documents they owned prior to joining the Enterprise account”.  I’m asking my question because these documents were created under the Enterprise account.  They will still need the ability to view, download and share.  Just wanted to make sure before I change their licenses to Limited-access that they don’t lose access to their documents.
