Deleting users on an Enterprise account

Hi,

 

In LucidChart I have a few old accounts that are ‘limited access user’.  I’d like to remove these old accounts, but could these account have owned files ? Is there a risk that I loose these files when I delete the account ? What is the procedure  to transfer his files?

Thanks for posting in the Community! When you delete a user, you will have the ability to transfer the ownership of their documents to another user. For more information on how to accomplish this, please refer to our Lucid Help Center article on deleting/removing a user
