I am working on Salesforce ERD document. The page is stuck, can’t do any update. I have tried to reopened the lucidchart, and even restart my computer didn’t help. the document link is 

It is back to normal now.

If you run into this issue in the future, try opening your document in a private or incognito window. You can also try connecting to a different network or disconnecting from your VPN (if applicable). Sometimes account performance issues can be related to internet security/speed or browser issues.

Feel free to reach out again with a screenshot of the issue and a screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output when it’s reproduced if you continue to run into issues.
