Hello!!

Is there a way to confirm that the information I delete from my account is permanently deleted? 

I'm from Mexico, and I'd like to know if I can delete the information I upload about my company so it won't remain anywhere.

Thank you for posting in the Community! When you delete content from your Lucid account and empty it from the trash, it is permanently deleted from our active systems and is no longer accessible to you or anyone else.
 
To signal us to delete your data, you need to cancel any active subscriptions and completely close your account. Please refer to the How to Remove Your Personal Data from Lucid Software article from the Lucid Help Center. 
 
Please note: closing your Lucid Software account will close any other Lucidchart, or Lucidspark accounts tied to the same email. Once your account is closed, we will not be able to retrieve the documents you have created and saved on our systems. Please download and save the documents you need prior to closing your account. In addition, sharing permissions will be broken so collaborators on your documents will no longer have access.
 
After you have closed your account, Lucid will remove your personal data from our systems. Additionally, we use cookies and similar technologies to provide our services and some of them are provided by third parties. Our cookie policy is available at https://lucid.co/cookies. It describes steps you can take to limit or opt-out of these services.
 
If you merely want to be removed from marketing emails, please click on the unsubscribe link in an email that you have received from Lucid Software. Please let me know if you have any questions.
