Keep getting this error while connecting to salesforce sandbox for importing ERD

Hi @Thirumala.Kalluri

Please refer the article - Cannot import from Salesforce | Community

Take it to your Lucid account admin. That way they can confirm if your license provisioning is misconfigured or if this bug is affecting your org.

Hope this helps - Happy to help further!!
Thank you very much and have a great one!
Warm regards

Hi @Thirumala.Kalluri, thank you for posting in the community! Just wanted to chime in with some additional troubleshooting questions:

To confirm, is this the first time you are trying to import a Salesforce schema? If you haven’t already, could you please try this in a private or incognito window? This often improves performance by clearing your cache and cookies and disabling your extensions.

If the issue persists, could you please share a screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output after you attempt to click the "Import from Salesforce" button? You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl+Shift+J (if your computer is a Windows/Linux) OR Cmd+Opt+J (if your computer is a Mac).

Thanks in advance for your help! Please feel free to let us know if you have any questions.

I get this error from the console

There was a big change recently to some connection security processes for Salesforce. https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=005132365&type=1

This might be related but i haven’t dug in too deeply. Just posting to help support if they check into this.

Hi @Thirumala.Kalluri, thank you for sharing that screenshot.  To confirm, are you seeing the error message when attempting to link to your sandbox instance? If possible, could you please check your login IP Ranges under your Salesforce user profile and make sure that those ranges are not restricted? Thanks!
