I have a quarantined email from “email@e.lucid.co” is this genuine or not?

Hi ,When we create a user account using E-mail , from which e-mail address the user get notification? We need to whitelist that e-mail RegardsJai

Organisational groups change over time within a business whether due to restructuring or mergers and acquisitions etc.  Lucid needs the ability to reparent an organizational group to a new parent and keep existing members rather than having to create a new group and then manually move across all users within that org group

Have several shapes in a lucid chart document. Exporting large selection of shapes as png with transparent background fails consistently

I need to move some users from one organization to another. Is it possible to do this and bring the documents?

A scrum master colleague is importing Epics into a Dynamic table on Lucidspark. He would like to know if there's a way to add a 15 minute update to the JQL filter? This is required as, in his opinion, the auto sync feature between Lucid and Jira is currently unreliable in Lucid. He has had to manually re-add my sprint dynamic table. With viewing my Epics, this will be too much as I have over a hundred issues to manually add. Can someone help him out please?

Hi I want to change my Slack integration and sign on from Slack to MS365. The company is migrationg to MS and will remove Slack in a near future. I don’t wan to loose my files. RegardsSören

I was given a license and when that went through I was removed as collaborator of the document I am working on. I was the only one with access to it the document. How can I get back to the document since no one is there to grant access to it if you apply as collaborator?

Why are we limited with sharing options within certain documents to allow whole company or Any logged in user. Some documents only have Any logged in user as an option.

When converting a user from licensed to view-only, does ownership of that user’s documents need to be transferred to a licensed user or can they keep the documents and just have view-only access to them?

Hi Team, I have Lucid Scaler license with edit access , my colleague created and import data from AWS account but I couldn’t view those.

I need to see WHEN a license was assigned to an associate  (date).  HOW do I find this information?

Hi,I’m fighting a  little with internal sharing and I just want to see if I am missing something obvious. We have sharing locked down to our company domain so that we can create sharing links for internal use. In testing we have noticed that if you use the shareable link and you are not a company user - the diagram starts loading and then you get a prompt saying you need to login. The issue this causes is that you can still see elements of the diagram that isn’t hidden by the prompt - which can still cause problems if the diagram contains sensitive information. Is there a way to set it so that a shared document doesn’t even load if you don’t meet the sharing requirements? Ideally mirroring what happens when you are trying to share a folder - it just redirects to the login page. Would be great if someone can point me in the right direction. :)

I have a folder structure with lots of drawings on Lucid, but must move all of my work to the LucidGov environment. There seems to be no way to copy and paste, or drag, or download and reupload across the 2 environments. Can someone help?

We lost our SSO infrastructure and now we can't login to our accounts, how can we reset the Base22.com enterprise account?

Hello Folks,  We are running Confluence DataCenter 8.5 with the Lucidchart plugin for Atlassian Confluence (v1.29.4) and are intermittently experiencing 400 Bad Request - Request header too large errors when attempting to load diagrams.  It is very intermittent.  I am logged into lucid in the same Chrome profile and validated the firewall test passes successfully.

We are able to pull the last login date for our licensed users, but not unlicensed. How do I add them the to the All User Data report? Thanks!

My primary toolbar in Lucid Spark is gone! Not sure if I pressed something wrong but all I am doing is just moving my charts in another area. This is how the tool bar looks now.             Please help!

I am a user (not an admin) of LucidCharts.  I want to use features that are available in Enterprise only but cannot tell if my company has purchased a Teams license or an Enterprise license.  How do I tell what license type I have been provisioned? Thanks in advance,Scott

Hello everyone,I also have the problem with empty boards that were last processed in December, but I do not  have limited access and my boards have only one page. In the preview section of the overview, I can also see the content of the board before opening, but if I open the board then it is  completely empty. Is there a simple solution for this?Thank you in advance

I am trying to remove a collaborator from MANY documents.  She is the overall company admin (Account Owner and Org Group Admin) while I’m an Account, Template, and Document Admin.  Is this the reason why? Overall, we’re part of a broader company (consider us an arm of the company) and I provide governance over our arm’s Lucidchart usage and document ownership.  This governance was just put in place, so in the past, whenever someone left, all document ownership was transferred to her.  I’m trying to do some clean up and take her off of our documents - I’m able to transfer ownership to me, but cannot remove her as collaborator.  Is this possible without her intervention?
