It appears to be random when we receive the error message below.  The document in question comes from a team folder in Lucid; other documents from this same folder have no issues when trying to embed the diagram in Confluence Cloud.

Hi @nathanu, thanks for your post!

Could you please send a temporary Support PIN for this document? This will allow me to take a closer look at the issue you’re experiencing. For more information on generating a Support PIN, check out this Help Center article. It is for internal use only and doesn't grant public access to your document, therefore you can safely share it directly in the thread.

Thank you for following up with this information @nathanu.

It looks like your organisation has multiple Confluence Cloud instances, and it seems like this document is located in a Team folder which parent folder is owned by an Enterprise account that you are not part of (although it is still under your organisation’s domain).

Unfortunately, a Confluence instance must be linked to a single Lucid account and only users on that Lucid account can embed Lucidchart documents inside Confluence. In this case, this document can be embedded by a user who is part of a Lucid Enterprise account linked to their Confluence Cloud instance.

I am sorry for the inconvenience, please let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns!

Cheers

Interesting, @Zuzia S!  How do I change document ownership to my proper Confluence instance?

Thanks for following up @nathanu!

As you are part of an Enterprise Lucid account, the Confluence instance linked to the latter is set up in the Admin panel by an Admin of your account. Therefore, it is not a change that can be made on a user level. For more information on this, I recommend going through our Help Center article on the Confluence Cloud integration with Lucidchart.

I hope this is helpful! Cheers
