If you are the Account Owner or Document Admin on an Enterprise-level account, you can use the Document Discovery tool to locate the document and see the owner of the document.
I recommend reading the post below which shows a shortcut to this! The post below walks through how to locate the Document ID from the document URL, which you can then use to load the document. After loading the document, you can see who owns the document by selecting Share > under Collaborators selecting Manage > viewing who owns the document.
