How to Create a Simple Organizational Chart

I just need to make a simple organizational chart, and I only have two values. Why does it make me have required employee information. Can an organizational chart only be for employees? I don’t understand how to change this.

@RPOSEY Yes, an org chart in Lucid must have employees (though you could call volunteers, contractors, or team members employees for this example). You can add custom fields but you cannot remove the basic fields. Here is information on adding custom fields:
