Theres a new update with LucidScale now it makes you directly launch the cloudformation template when you select use new cross-account role, and then it never lets you press next even when launching the CF template. Please fix this or atleast let us input the ARN again

@Nav This could be due to an outage rather than an update. Please submit a ticket to the Product Support team. Here is a link with information to add in your support ticket: 

 


Hi ​@Nav, thank you for posting in the community and Aparrish for helping here! Would you mind sharing a brief description of the steps taken leading up to the issue?

For example, are you accessing this via the ‘+ Import AWS data’ button under the Accounts tab?

Alternatively, are you doing this via the Credentials tab and clicking ‘+ New Cross-Account Role’? 

If possible, please also share any relevant screenshots - this will help us take a closer look at the issue you’re experiencing. Thanks!
