I’ve created a corporate template as well as category called “Change Management”.
However I can’t find where to assign the template to the category, nor can I select the category when I click the “Category” drop down (see screenshot)

As an example, the category ‘Department’ as shown below is not selectable, but its sub-category of ‘Marketing’ is selectable.
I would recommend adding a sub-category. You can do this by selecting Edit corporate template details > locating your desired template category and selecting the edit button > selecting New sub-category. From there, you can create a sub-category that you can assign to your template.
