I’m trying to access the full history of my document so that I can screenshot different phases of planning for a presentation. I’m finding that the revision history is limited. Clicking on “Load more...” doesn’t actually load any more. How can I access older revisions?

Hey crew! The new layout is way harder to use, and it seems I lost a lot of features. If you guys are trying to kill the product, that's a great way to go. It's working 🙂I’ve been using Lucidchart as part of my work for the past 10 years. Being different from Miro and other platforms was the key feature for me. Now, it seems like a blob; it’s way harder to use and has lost its edge.

As of this month, I am finding that LucidChart documents open from the document list in a browser tab but not in the installed Chrome app placed in the Windows start menu.

Hello, I am looking to clear all comments from a Lucid chart, including resolved comments on shapes which have been deleted. In this instance, there are no 3-dots next to these comments and seemingly no way to delete these comments. Am I missing something or is there a work around? Thanks!

In Dark Theme, the Image Icons are not visible.  The background color inside each icon is way too dark or there is an overlay on top of them that is way too dark.  It makes it impossible to use Dark Theme. ☹️  This makes it impossible to use Dark Mode since I need to be able to see Image Icons.

I’m a longtime Lucidchart user but for the last couple of months, I’ve been hitting a bug in all my files that’s making it impossible to create and share new diagrams, or edit existing ones.Brief summary:Edit a file or create new file, finish the diagram until it’s ready to share → everything goes fine Share it with others, using shareable link (edit & share). Later, return to the file, eg to screenshare it. If the ‘Shapes’ modal is open, then immediately wherever I put my cursor, a shape that I’ve used previously will get pasted in, over and over and over again. If the Shapes model is closed/inactive, the duplication stops. Doesn’t matter if I use the share link to get back to the file, or just navigate to it through lucid.app. Basically renders the file unusable. 😓I’m using Lucidchart in Chrome latest on Macbook Pro. I’ve tried copying old files and revising them, creating new files, clearing browser cache/cookies, etc., and the problem still occurs on any file I open and the

Up until now, I’ve been publishing to PDF/image but then clients cannot see the notes. I can publish to full document URL for them to see all data including notes but how can my client make comments or edits without having to sign up to an account? And are there any downsides to be aware of? Can I remove their access after they’ve completed their initial review and feedback?

Confluence now has Confluence space roles and will be forcing role based access in Feb 2027. My question is, what Confluence out of box roles would this app need to be assigned in confluence spaces. Are there minimum requirements?

It displays as a public beta so I am assuming there is a way to disable.  I’ve been a Lucidchart user since Day 1 and this is miserable.

Yesterday, we began noticing some pages were not able to be seen within our Lucidchart for some users. It is again happening today.

Can we have a dotted arrows and dotted lines to indicate the passive process?

Just found that my previously generated BPMN diagrams when opened with the new Editor loose the BPMN shape designation.  This is a major issue for me.  Tried to restore to an earlier version but it keeps opening it up in the new editor version, not the old editor version.  Help!

i noticed when using data link feature with Smartsheets and notice when its converted over its out of order and is capped to 100 rows. i created a unique identifier to help me do the linking to the objects but is this a Cap to the feature? or are there work arounds. Thanks!

Why is it that when companies have a solid product that works fine exactly the way it is, they decide to completely revamp it in a way that renders the product virtually un-usable? That’s exactly what’s happened here. Just a couple weeks ago, we were so happy you guys finally added “Select/Deselect All” to SmartFields picklists and now that’s not included in this “improved” editor. Honestly, where even is the smartfields information now? It’s absolutely nowhere to be found (at least not easily.. and we don’t have time to go through this meticulously ourselves).  Where’s the Salesforce data mapping lists? How can we add Salesforce data as a shape with all the info in the new editor that we’ve been able to do so in the past? This is horrible. Plain and Simple. Horrible.
