Went to add a single user licence, but the purchase screen only allows me to select 5 (my current user count) or 10 licences for lucidspark. I just need 6 in total.have put them on a guest account for now, but i dont see anything in the docs about having to buy in bundles of 5.im a billing admin - not the account owner if that makes any difference? and as a small company we only want to pay for the users we use.

I have recreated the service account in GCP and need to delete and reimport my Cloud Projects under datahub whats the best way to delete them besides 1 at a time.

Our ServiceNow integration no longer brings any data.  Lucid had provided this configuration which was applied and the user subscription data still does not come in.  The account connectivity is working fine. This is Lucid Support, and I'm happy to help. After reviewing the ServiceNow script provided in the PNG, it looks like the connection is working, but the script is failing to pull data. Can you please try changing the following:Incorrect Nesting: The license fields sit directly under the lucidExt object, rather than being nested inside a productLicenses sub-object. Hi All,It seems that, in a Team plan, a user who is not the account owner cannot use an application shared with him by his account owner.I have an application that use rest api (ex: https://api.lucid.co/v1/documents/search) to get the list of the document of the authenticated user.I have declared the Oauth 2.0 of the app and I have shared the app (thus containing only the Oauth2.0 Id, secret and redirect URI).Using the Oauth 2.0 with the account user works well.Using the same Oauth 2.0 information when connected with the invited users do not work. The authorization( https://lucid.app/oauth2/authorize) fails with the error message : “Authorization failed: Error: Authorization page could not be loaded”If the users (account and invited user) are part of an enterprise subscription, it works.Any explanations?Regards.

I am attempting to use the LucidChart AI functionality to create a vertical flowchart however every time I re-prompt it, the format is left to right. When I ask the AI to create a prompt for that functionality and then use the prompt it created, it reverts back to left to right formatting.  Is there a recommended prompt to use that guarantees the AI is following the instructions?

I have created a workbook and am working on a set of process flows.  I have added and named tabs, but every time I reopen the document, the tab names revert back to old names (copy of ….) or page number.  This is frustrating as I have now done this 4 or 5 times.  It lessens my confidence in the fidelity of the actual saved content, but I don’t seem to have any issues with that… accept the time spent on scrutinising them over and over and over 

I checked my credit card statement recently and saw that 435 euros had been debited. I was able to use LucidSpark for free, but without ever having signed up for it. Just over 400 euros has been debited for LucidChart. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

Sharing your collaborative Lucid activities in Canvas just got easier.  Copy from one course to another, from one semester to another, from one module to another and more! How it works: 1. Ok - I know this is incredibly basic but I'm finding it impossible to move or nudge lines! Once a line segment is inserted via the default shape template I need to shift the entire line - not just one end. However if I click on the line it selects either one of the endpoints or the midpoint. If I then click and drag any of these the line is re-aligned not moved.  The only way I've found to trick the system is to create a line copy then paste. Somehow the line then gets selected for moving (although it drops with a random offset making it hard to place precisely). I'd also like to nudge objects finely depending on the zoom level - but there's neither any functionality nor any nudge term found in the help system. Moving and nudging are extremely basic - and especially for complex floor plan work essential.   Am I missing something completely obvious? Help!  

HI,We want to collaborate with external users in LucidSuite; basically with our customers.When we share a link with Edit access (not Edit and Share), does the person we’re sharing with need a Lucid License from us, of their own, or not at all?Is it any different based on the level of access we share with?Thanks very much!
