Posting to confirm whether others are seeing this and to flag it to the Lucid team.As of roughly 2026-08-04 (~18:30 EDT), custom shapes from our private editor extension started rendering with the wrong font size on load — the text renders larger than authored and overflows an otherwise correctly-sized shape (the shape ID overlaps the title, names spill out of the box). It hit every document and every user on our account at the same time.What makes this look like a platform regression, not our extension:Our extension is unchanged — last published version is 1.0.21 on 2026-07-23; the Packages page shows nothing published since. No republish, no install change, no code change on our side. Editing any single field on the shape immediately snaps the font back to the authored size. So the shape definition is intact — the authored text formatting just isn't being applied on initial render, only on re-evaluation. Stickies remain movable though. Expectations:I expect the shapes to remain editible/movable… what happened? How do I fix this?

Lucidspark is laggy and freezes constantly, mostly every time it saves, so every 60 seconds or so. It is making work impossible. Sometimes even when it looks like it is not saving. This happens on all files, older ones, new ones, every single file. I have tried clearing the cache, updated the browser, closed all Lucidspark boards and opened them again, logged out and back in, tried incognito mode (Using Chrome). Tried using Edge. Shut down the computer and started it again. The same issue happens no matter the location or wifi I’m using. This has been going on for the past 6 months or so and it keeps getting worse. First it happened only occasionally with some boards, now it’s all boards and constant. I’m a heavy user, my teammates are not using Lucidspark as much and have not complained about this issue. What can I do to fix this, because it must be fixed.

Good day, I noticed that it’s becoming very trendy to “hide” all functions all the time, meaning that I have to press much more now than before.Is it not possible to get the old top back when I draw? I really think the new one is absolutely terrible and annoys me almost to the point where I’m gonna cancel my subscription.

I have the icon that shows the pages, but there is no + icon to add a new page.

Hello I'm making a Lucidchart diagram for which I need a symmetrical curved arrow linking the top of one box to the top of the one right next to it. I've played with the bendy arrow style but just can't get enough control to get the effect I want (i.e. a near semi-circle). I also tried making my own shape out of a lucidchart circle but it seems you can't crop those down. Any ideas? Many thanks! Maybe something like this:    

What happen with my documents if I cancel Individual Plan for some months (about 8 aprox.)?Could I still see, download them? 

I feel like I must be doing something wrong. When I drag a line between two boxes, the arrow is backwards. Do people not normally drag “FROM TO” so the arrow would go →? My arrows when I drag “FROM TO” default to ← which seems so backwards. I have to constantly flip the arrows. Maybe it’s just me? My brain can’t think that I should drag “TO FROM”

Hi Lucidchart Community Is there any way to evenly space/distribute connector lines? This is what my diagram looks like:     I am trying to get the vertical and horizontal connector lines in the red box evenly spaced. Is this possible? If so how? I haven’t used LucidCharts in a month or so and going into it now, the Formatting Toolbar is completely missing and there’s no option to toggle it on/off. This is immensely frustrating as the Format Paint tool was one I used often and now it’s embedded waaaay within the Shape properties dialog box.Has anyone else noticed this?Is there a workaround to get the toolbar back or add shortcuts etc? This also means the undo/redo buttons and others aren’t available to use. It looks like the AI integration in the contextual floating toolbar has resulted in the permanent formatting toolbar at the top of the screen being completely hidden/removed.

HelloSome of my custom shapes have disappeared, and been replaced with the image attached: The shape which disappeared is missing from all my diagrams using it.I could replace these shapes with the same one re-uploaded, however it would take a lot of time for me and my team to do that as we are using this shape on hundreds of our diagrams. Is there a way to restore it ?Thank you,Jean-Baptiste

I have an issue with Entra SCIM. I have a licensed users group assigned that auto provisioning licenses. However at time after the scheduled provisioning all members of the group are removed and I am left with no users assigned a license. I then have to reassign manually to the group or restart the provisioning. Looking that attribute mapping and connection everything looks to be fine. 

There seems to be a bug related to 2-color linear gradients, where one of the colors is Transparent. (This probably applies to all gradients of any number of colors, but I’m not going to test everything...)When one of the colors is the Transparent option, it seems to display as a low-opacity black. It doesn’t make any sense, but it’s easy to reproduce.draw a box, set the fill color to white change the fill style to linear remove the middle color (I think linear gradients always start with 3 colors) change one of the colors to white start to change the other color to Transparent, but don’t even click the “color”. Just point at it.I have created an open-to-everyone chart that shows exactly what I did and how I worked around it.So I’m really reporting two bugs here.The above. I regularly need to use the same colors at different opacity values. I can create them, but then they’re just shown in the table of custom colors without any label or indication of opacity. This is completely useless

We have a Team Plan and I assigned a license to a staff member.  He’s been using Lucid Charts in the past.  Recently, when he tried logging into his account, his account no longer had a full license.  I logged into the dashboard and his account was now showing a “Requested”.  I couldn’t assign him an account because he used up the last account in our Team account.  I ended up deleting his account and recreating and assigning a license.  He was OK for a couple days.  Today he said his account was limited again.  I login and again his account shows “Requested”.  Anyone one know what is happening and how can I fix this? Thank you.

After the most recent update, I’ve started experiencing a problem where LucidChart automatically adds a connector on my drawing every time I either open the drawing or switch to the shapes menu.  If I then delete the added connector, it immediately creates a new one under my cursor.  I can’t get rid of them.  They just keep compounding.  How do I stop this behavior?
