We've noticed a warning in our Jira Cloud environment indicating that the Lucidchart Diagrams Connector for Jira app may stop working after January 2027 due to Atlassian's Connect end-of-support.

Could you please confirm:

Whether this app is affected by Atlassian's Connect end-of-support timeline.
Whether a Forge-based migration or replacement is planned.
Whether any customer action will be required.
Any expected timelines or documentation relating to the transition.
