We want to know how you are using Lucid in your AI-related projects!

Whether you're documenting a process that you want to automate with an AI agent, mapping out AI strategy, or anything else that involves using Lucid to help with an AI project, we want to hear from you. This can involve using any Lucid features, not necessarily just Lucid’s AI features.

Drop a comment below:

  • How have you used Lucid in an AI-related project?

  • Got a screenshot of a cool workflow? Feel free to share that too! 👇

For us it came in handy to document the possible process flow and use cases for the AI. This was related to the day-to-day use of AI tools by the team.

I used the Lucid AI more for brainstorming possible process variants, but the whole flow was mostly designed manually.

It could be also nice to have some standard “templates” for AI implementation in the team with generic scenarios for classic use cases. I think it could help to brainstorm faster as well as reuse the whole template for your team/company.

Thanks so much for weighing in, @Viktor! I’m glad to hear that Lucid was useful in brainstorming variants for your AI tooling processes.

Follow up to your suggestion at the end: we offer these AI initiative templates to cover some of the use cases for AI projects, but we are continually adding to this part of our template library. Can you tell me more about what else you would like to see from AI initiative templates?

In my opinion it is interesting to see templates for the analytical work, documentation and team facilitation (e.g.: retro or brainstorming/refinement sessions).
I think I saw some of those templates, and they are more focused on the higher level initiatives/planning of the implementation, if I am not wrong. :/

I feel like a kid in a playground :D

I am fascinated at these new features - Lucid AI is spot on! This workflow of a Customer Complaint Handling Process incorporating Agile methodologies took seconds. A month ago, it took a team of 3 people over 4 days. Can you believe it?

Do you usually start from the scratch for such charts or you were modifying existing one with AI?

Hi @Viktor

Following a recent organizational restructure, we identified major duplication and overlap across processes performed by different business units. We initially sought to adapt the existing process; however, given the extent of the operational changes, multiple refinements were required and it became clear that the legacy process was no longer fit for purpose. As a result, rather than continue modifying an obsolete and fragmented process, we made the decision to redesign it from the ground up to better align with the new organizational structure, eliminate inefficiencies, and establish a more streamlined and effective way of working.

This is one of the reasons why I love working with this tool. Lucid AI was able to rapidly visualize the workflow. The output was consistent with international best practice and ISO standards. The wording was consistent and relevant also.

oh, thank you for details.

Yes, for this scenario AI comes in very handy, as we also use its help to get faster into “brainstorm mode” and have something better suitable for organization.

@Viktor , I also appreciate that the output seems to be based on established standards. I have tried many quality management workflows and it’s pretty concise with minimal rework
