Hello, I’m Donald, a User Researcher at a B2B SaaS/software company. I hadn’t heard of Spark until joining the company about 2 years ago and I’ve been pleasantly surprised. I’m really looking forward to using some of the newer capabilities in discovery and user interviews. Unfortunately there’s not a lot of internal users of Spark here. One of the many things in my backlog is to work on trying to change that.

Hello Lucid Community!
I am genuinely thrilled to be a part of this vibrant community and look forward to learning from each of you. In the spirit of introductions, I'm Nick Rico, Senior Vice President of Growth at Lucid. I have a deep appreciation for and utilize with great enthusiasm all of Lucid's products (less so Lucidscale, as a function of my role). In fact, Lucidchart and Lucidspark has become an integral tool for ideation, prioritization, and documentation across my entire team. It's not just a tool for us; it's the visual language that defines how we collaborate and work together.

- Lucid Chart has been used to develop visual tools and mapping for our training programs, as well as our Brainstorming sessions on the executive team. For our LMS, I have shared our process mapping and included training videos for each step of our process. Great tool!
Could you provide me the link to review?
Hi. I’m Sri. I work for a national healthcare non-profit. I use Lucidchart primarily for architecture & engineering of solutions for AWS.
Could you provide me the link to review?
Hi Dean. I’m not sure if you were responding to me or not, but wanted to response just in case you were. I normally would not have an issue sharing work, but part of that training contains private data of those within our organization and we have to legally keep it under wraps and only share it internally. :/
Hello! Jamie - Business Enablement - I’ve used Lucid for years to communicate how enterprise systems relate. Big Lucid stan!
Hello! My name is Bekah Eldridge, and I am currently a Customer Experience Operations Manager!

Hi! I’m Hagen and I work at Lucid as a Software Engineer. I use Lucidspark for mapping out project dependencies and timelines in real-time as I discuss them with my team. I love walking away from planning meetings with a shared artifact that represents the discussion we had.
I also love Lucid’s products for mapping out relationships within a system, especially when working with cloud infrastructure.
I’m Jacob, and I’m a software engineer here at Lucid (and yes @Cody Wanberg, Lucidite is absolutely a term we use ). I spent a couple years working on Lucidscale, and more recently have been focused on AI at Lucid (go try our GPT if you have ChatGPT Plus/Enterprise!). I’m super excited for this community platform and to see all the cool things people are building with Lucid!
