I’m Scott and I’m a TPM. I mostly use Lucidchart and also some LucidSpark for retrospectives. I spend a ton of time in processes and systems documenting existing and future states, so Lucidchart is my bread and butter at work.

I am ClaytonC. I'm excited to join this community and share my experiences with you all. For many years, off and on, I've been utilizing Lucid's flowchart and diagramming tools in a variety of professional contexts.

My background is quite diverse. I've worked in heavy highway construction, co-owned a bridge construction company, and have skills in a range of areas including crane operation, welding, carpentry, drafting, sign painting, graphic design, and computer expertise. I've also been a professional magician, photographer, website designer, and artist.

One of the key ways I've used Lucid's tools is to diagram apps and other complex processes. This has been incredibly helpful in making it easier for management and team members to follow thought processes and understand intricate workflows.

I'm here to learn from others, share my experiences, and contribute to this vibrant community. Looking forward to engaging in some great conversations!

We use Lucid for flow charts - network diagrams, mapping out procedures, mapping out physical flows of equipment in rooms. Lucidspark helps us collaborate with remote users.

Hi, I’m Clare! Im a Senior Business Process Analyst at Optimizely, based in the UK but working with teams from the US to Australia! I’m primarily using LucidChart to visualise and diagram as part of our projects, although I have dabbled a little in LucidSpark as an alternative to Miro! 😉 I find Lucid a really great way of collaborating virtually with colleagues, and use it a lot to visualise what is being discussed to ensure everyone is on the same page.

My name is Lash and I am a Principal IT Specialist! I oversee Lucid as the admin/owner for the company as well as use LucidChart to map out flows for our IT processes. We are a fully remote company so having the information available to anyone in the company on how processes work or for when we go through audits is key to us being successful!
