I’m Micah, Lucid’s Associate Community Manager! While I love all of our products I’ve got a soft spot for Lucidspark. I use it to review feedback ideate opportunities and needs for upcoming projects and dream up next steps for this community! 


I'm Keyvan and I'm a manager here on the support team at Lucid Software. Lucidspark is my favorite as well! Outside of work I use it to plan my many travels and to gather sightseeing and food recommendations from my friends and family for each place I visit.


Hi everyone my name is Abigail! I'm a Product Support Specialist here at Lucid. My favorite Lucid product is definitely Lucidchart. I use this tool for everything - from timelines and mind maps to ERDs and BPMN diagrams.


My name is Abby and I'm a manager on the customer ops team for Lucid. I like Lucidspark for brainstorming goals and weighing decisions and Lucidchart for creating org charts and mapping processes.


My name is Emma and I'm a product support specialist on the Enterprise team! Right now I'm in Lucidchart every day working on an onboarding guide to help move all of our new hires through trainings during their first month here at Lucid! 


Hi! I'm Shanna a Lucid product support specialist that specializes in Help Center content! I consistently work in both Lucidchart and Lucidspark to get familiar with new features and functionality that are being released so that I can draft articles and prepare resources to help others successfully navigate our products.


Hey everyone! I'm Nico manager in Lucid's Customer Ops team with a focus on all things International. Lucidspark has been growing on me lately but I love using Lucidchart in my free time to create mind maps of topics I'm interested in such as niche music genres Greek mythology or birds :) 


I'm Marjorie training manager for a data center consultancy firm. I use Lucidchart to generate process flowcharts for my own job role tasks and assist others in documenting their processes.

Hello everyone I am Dirk. I  am new to Lucid Charts and would love to have someone point me in the direction as to how I can best learn to use the product. I will be specifically using this product to diagram AWS networks so I would appreciate it if there was learning specifically for that topic. Thank you.

From there you can browse our frequently asked questions about AWS here. That should get you started and please feel free to reach out with any further questions that come up as you're learning your way around!


Hi everyone! My name is Yael and I'm a product manager at Guru (getguru.com). I've been a Lucidchart user since I started at Guru and I've had many different roles here over the years: customer success implementation projects and now thinking bigger picture about the Guru product. Throughout my journey Lucidchart has always helped me: diagramming workflows storyboarding trainings and now helping me plan out what projects my team will work on.

Hello Everyone! My name is Griffin and I am the HR Director for the University of Minnesota Crookston Campus. I use Lucid chart for our campus org chart and it is great! Prior to me the campus used a PDF and paper org charts that were updated twice a year. Now I can make updates that flow to our website instantly :)

my name is Andreas and I work in a transformation/ change management role. I am regularly using Lucidsparks (primarily) for virtual workshops with various teams/ groups of people. I use it for information presentation collaborative working/ creation of input and also use features like breakouts voting etc.
