Hello! I'm Leo :)

I'm a Business Analyst and UX Designer for a consultancy here in the UK. I use both LucidChart and LucidSpark every single day. I use them to help visualise project discussions with clients and colleagues. I find it so easy to use and additionally my clients get going with it really quickly. Love these products!

Hello everyone I am Dirk. I  am new to Lucid Charts and would love to have someone point me in the direction as to how I can best learn to use the product. I will be specifically using this product to diagram AWS networks so I would appreciate it if there was learning specifically for that topic. Thank you.

Hi Dirk welcome to the community! If you'll be using Lucid to diagram AWS networks then reading through the Welcome to Lucidscale Import and Manage AWS Infrastructure Data and Work with AWS Architecture in Lucidscale help center articles would be a great place to start. From there you can browse our frequently asked questions about AWS here. That should get you started and please feel free to reach out with any further questions that come up as you're learning your way around!

Hi everyone! My name is Yael and I'm a product manager at Guru (getguru.com). I've been a Lucidchart user since I started at Guru and I've had many different roles here over the years: customer success implementation projects and now thinking bigger picture about the Guru product. Throughout my journey Lucidchart has always helped me: diagramming workflows storyboarding trainings and now helping me plan out what projects my team will work on.
