I am having difficulty changing the shape of the shapes that exist in the Org Chart. When I attempt to right click on a shape in the Org Chart and select "Change Shape" the option is greyed out. Is there any way to work around this issue other than creating a new chart using a flowchart or basic shapes?

Thanks for posting in the community! You can do this by double-clicking into your Org Chart navigating to the "Shape Style" tab in the Org Chart menu then switching to one of the following shapes:

Thank you Abigail for your feedback. I do see the shape style option. I am more interested in changing the shape not the layout of the shape. I would like for the shapes in the org chart to be different shapes such as a circle pentagon rectangle. Are there any options to do this in the org chart?
