I recently purchased team license for few members in my group. One of our members just got the following dialog this morning.
What is the shape limit for each plan?

Thanks for posting in the Community! This is the pop-up that appears when a user on a free account has used up their free shapes. Free accounts have a limit of 60 objects per document and all other subscription accounts have unlimited objects for each document. To read more about which features are available to each account type please review this Help Center article.
I suspect that this user hasn't been properly added to your team -- would you mind reviewing the steps in this Help Center article to ensure they've been invited to the team and also accepted the invitation? You can view and manage user invitations from the User Management panel. If you are still experiencing issues please send in a support ticket and we'll be happy to assist you.
