I want to do an import via google sheets. I did connect lucid to google sheets. It worked the 1st time and I was able to build an org chart based on google sheets. Now i created a new google sheet and want to import it to build a new chart. When I go to import data / google sheets and I type the first lettersof my google sheets, lucid does not find it. I’m sure I created it, it’s in my google drive.

As a first step, can you please try this in a private or incognito window to help us rule out any browser issues? For help with opening an incognito window, please see this community post.
If that doesn’t resolve the issue, can you please try revoking Lucidchart’s access to your Google account? To do this, please navigate to this link. The next time you attempt to import from Google Sheets in a Lucidchart document, you will be prompted to re-authenticate with Google which should link the account.
Please let me know if you see any improvements after trying the above, or if you have any questions!
